I love going to Ross except the alarm kept going off. It would beep for 10 minutes before someone would turn it off. 2 minutes later it goes off again. Very annoying when I'm trying to get my shop on.

Dear Store manager (Shawna),You are very mean to your employees. Yelling at them in front of customers. Just yelling in general isn’t professional. Also very rude to customers too. You Don’t care about the store, customers, or your employees.

I was a little disappointed with their clothing selection. They didn't have a lot of casual clothing. Most of it seemed like something am older lady would wear. They did have a decent selection of active wear. Their kitchen section was much better. I found an oven mitt and new kitchen scissors for a great price. At some point I'll probably give their clothing selection another try.

This place is the very definition of what you would call hit or miss. Sometimes you'll find some 🔥🔥🔥 heat. Other times if you blink and spin around real quick you could swear you were in Goodwill. Staff is cool it's clean and all in all it's a pretty decent store. They can't help what merchandise they have in there and at the end of the day it's the merchandise that's hit or miss not good employees or the actual store itself.

Bought 2 small bath rugs. Good pricebut they are falling apart. I washed on gentle but so much material was left in the machine. Fuzzies. Lint.Products are cheap here.

Absolutely 💯 love the Ross store they put in, in Somerset ky. Great. They have BIGGEST variety of plus size clothing and BEST prices ever!!! I had went to 3 other department stores before coming to Ross. And literally every store had a dozen or less items for plus size clothing. I came here and there was endless racks. Obsessed!!

The store was very filthy, water leaks everywhere, they don’t seem to care. Even Shawna(Store Manager) doesn’t seem to care. As a newly opened store I would seem they would take care of the store to try to get its business up. Seems like they don’t care about business. Water leaks are very dangerous, they’re everywhere in the store, some one could easily fall. Do better ross. Do better Shawna. Treat your employees better.

I moved up from Florida and was excited to see this small town getting a Ross. The store is great. But for the love of all things holy fix the little half door that leads to the cash register. It slams so loud that I've left twice. People with sensory issues cannot deal with that.

I am from Cincinnati and was so excited when I seen this coming in here in Somerset! We have no target, Meijer or kohl's just a Walmart that entire town shops so busy is an understament doesn't matter the time of day! And props to their late hours because everything closes super early here so very impressive to shop after 9pm. Only complaint is ya'll are losing several customers due to the automatic doors not wanting to open at the entrance. I would of turned around if I wasn't trying to sneak a peak at the inside then after a long delay slided open. Then as I was walking to my car this older man stopped me and asked the hours because he seen customers inside but the door was locked I said I thought the same thing but stand there a minute they'll eventually open. And sure enough I saved ya from losing yet another customer. Easy to drop a $100 there so I'd say that's about what y'all are forfitting with every customer that turns around thinking that an easy fix such as a faulty entrance to your store is to me silly. But hopefully it's just a mistake that's been unmentioned and was overlooked and now this will get read by an owner or manager and get the situation fixed. And I'll take a fat gift card for helping yall stop losing so much 💸💸💸🤲💯🤣🤔Update... went to Ross Dress for Less 2 more times since I left this review, and I'm so incredibly disappointed by this new store...what a let down! Boy i was so super excited when it was announced to be opened. Like a fat kid in a candy store. So since this visit the girls that work there are rude and seem to go out of there way to make you feel uncomfortable shopping there then while ringing you out there not friendly make you feel as if your bothering them. I asked at closing time this past vist literally last customer paying if they'd hold a pair of a Adidas shoes at the counter for me and I'd be there in the morning super early on my way through town and walk in buy the shoes I need so badly being the 1st customers and she wasn't very polite to tell me no and funny part they was gone the next morning. 🤔🤨🙄

Store was in need of some TLC, wife approached door wouldn't open it was during regularly business hours, out of a lot of product..not good selection at all. Store actually looked like it had been ram sacked.

very trashy, the manager of the store is very rude and mean to her employees, and water leaks all over the floor but they don’t seem to care about cleaning it up, that could cause someone to fall and get seriously hurt!

Wasn't real impressed. The shoes was the best. They do carry some Vans, which is my family's shoe of choice.
