I love the buy 10 bags get one free, but it isn't a bonus when you don't stock a variety of sizes in Purina one cat food. I guess my last bag was bought elsewhere since your system shows last bag was back in April. I like weight mgmt for warm months , salmon in winter months with small art wet food. He is a feral cat and stays outside.Keeping adequate stock in this store has been an ongoing issue for this store, forcing customers to go down the road to Feeders Supply.

I went to purchase pacman frog & after I cleaned him up the very next day thats how he was looking. DONT BUY ANY ANIMALS FROM HERE. “Responding” to the owner On my way to work I went to the store show these pictures and the employee called what I would say the “MANAGER” and he refused to even show his face and acknowledge me or the situation & scream to me from his office all the way to the cash registers to take it to the vet I agreed & left (theres 3 witnesses to this situation, My husband, the Employee & the store cámaras) but when I returned home the animal passed away, It did NOT meet any humanly expectations and its not rocket science to see that the animal was starved. In my care this situation did not happened, due to the fact the animal was in my care only for 24h which is stated in the receipt!. YOURE store sold me a starved animal and theres no EXCUSE for that, the only thing that mattered in this situation was to make a sell, because clearly taking care of the frog wasn’t in the stores agenda

Great pet store owned by Tractor Supply. They have a great selection of dog treats. My dog loves Yummy Sticks which are dog jerky sticks that smell like human jerky. Without the wrapper I wouldn't know the difference by looks or smell. They had multiple flavors to choose from. They also have teeth cleaning chews that help dogs have fresher breath. They have a few cats for sale which looked well cared for. The gentleman at the register was friendly and helped me get signed up for a discount card.

They had the otc meds I needed when my fur baby had a muscle in his wee leg that was sore. I called to make sure they had the canine aspirin and when I got there they already had it waiting for me at the front register 😊Very nice and caring people!

Petsense by Tractor Supply in Somerset KY is a okay pet store and they do have just about everything you want or need for your fur babies. The prices are a little higher her then other pet places but the staff are friendly but on the other hand they can be pretty pushy telling what you should get even if that is not what you need. I suggest going to another pet store in the area but keep this one in your back pocket as a last resort.

I travel with my car they have all natural anti anxiety for feline. Only place I found this. It works great. Travel to Florida first of the year, went to Myrtle Beach last week she gave us no problem wonderful stuff thank you all

extremely disappointed in the return policy. i have the exact card i used and the bank statement showing when i purchased a self cleaning litter box (that never properly worked) and they still won’t accept the return so i have been screwed out of $120 all because i don’t have that exact receipt.

The lady that helped us was very friendly. Helped us pick out a chew toy for our teething pup, and a collar and leash to last him a while with plenty of room to grow. She even gave us several pointers for training him! Prices are good and selection of supplies is good as well

Staff is weird & follow you around like your gonna steal something lol They don't know much about the animals they sell.Their feeders Are Always dead.When you buy crickets they Usually give you under the amount asked for :-/ Only thing kind of positive are their prices on their animals.I would save time & go to Feeders,A much better experience with staff.

Stopped in to get some cat food, very limited supply. Finally had to settle for a brand I don't normally buy .Observed several dead goldfish floating in the tank, I pointed it out to the pierced-face girl who was preoccupied with playing with a snake. She said they are under quarantine ,I replied while there's several dead ones floating in there.. She didn't acknowledge me or even act like she heard me. I know she did. Rude. I mean, she could have lied and at least acted like she cared about the animals they're selling. Why is someone like this working at a pet store?

Visited this place to look for some stuff for my tarantulas. They have absolutely NOTHING. Lady was nice when asked if they had anything for them though. I just think a pet store should mean all pets, not just dogs, cats and bearded dragons.

The store did not have many animals inside of it to choose from when we went. The store did have a lot of supplies, including toys and anything you could want or need for your pet. The reason for four stars was simply the lack of animals in the store to choose from. We actually went into the store looking for an animal and only saw one cat in the store that was sold already.

Love, love, love Joyce in the grooming shop. The prices are great for the excellent service you get.They don't carry shoes to protect your dog's feet from the hot pavement in the summer, which is very disappointing. Their prices on food and toys is a little high, but they have no competition here.

The store employees are not that friendly nor do they ask if you need help. We were trying to figure out which automatic liter box to purchase and the workers were absolutely no help. However, if u know what you are getting it is perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, clean building, and they carry Science Diet! I switched my boys to Science Diet 2 years ago after finding large mold chunks in a bran new bag of Purina Alpo. I don't know where else in town to find Science Diet other than Pet Sense. Good selection of this brand in the store.

I never see every shelf full half of them are usually empty there's usually one person working they are usually friendly and it's small so it's easy to navigate and not what I would consider a big selection would recommend going here for leashes colors or large crates or if you like cats and are looking for one they always have kittens up for adoption

Went in for nail clipping. Employee was friendly and was in and out in a jiff. That's Great! Prices were reasonable, was able to buy pet food ans pet bed for local shelter, for our furry friends that need us!!

Wonderful staff here. I wasn't allowed to pick up more then 20lbs and they carried the dog food bag out for me. I love that they are actually are a little cheaper then other ones in the state on the bags and can foods!!

I like the products they have. The dog toy we bought lasted over 2 years before my Parsons Terrier destroyed it. However, the staff is so unfriendly and have a blah life sucks attitude I hate going there unless I have too.

We have an elderly large hairy neurotic dog. I had made an appointment for him to get groomed and after leaving him, he wigged out and they had us come get him for fear he’d hurt himself. But to make it right just for our Brody Duke, they scheduled him for a special time, with no other dogs in there and no wait time, this crew went above and beyond to make sure our dog was groomed in a calm setting. God bless you all for your deep caring of animals, I highly recommend this crew and I thank you so much for your care and beautiful grooming expertise.Teri Wehrman

I come here for crickets if I run out of roaches and am waiting for my shipment. Never a pleasant experience, the boy with gauges at the check out acts like its an inconvience to get them for you, and usually rolls his eyes after you tell him how many you need. Even had him tell me that he couldn't give me the amount I asked for because he needed some for his pet at home. Im going to be looking for another pet store, not spending my hard earned money where it's unappreciated.

Not a big selection of pets but a nice selection of pet stuff for what it is, mainly centered around cats and dogs but they still have a selection of aquarium/reptile products in stock, the animals they have up for adoption (cats and recently a few reptiles) enclosures are allways clean. If it where up to me I'd say expand on getting more pets for adoption maybe even some fish or some rodents, or invertebrates. Staff is friendly and that's a huge plus.
