I attempted to return a pair of shoes today. Tags on, still in packaging, brand new - obviously. Was told by male cashier that they wouldn’t look up transaction even though I knew exact date & time of the purchase. He said “that would be too much work & my manager said he isn’t going to do that.” Never offered for me to exchange them or get store credit. Another male associate yelled at me from across the store & told me to look at my bank transactions, I paid in cash, I can’t do that. I left the store after asking them “so, you’re saying you will not help me.” He then asked if I wanted to speak to store manager. I politely said no, I don’t think that would do any good considering he’s already told me what his store manager was willing to do to assist the customers that come in & need help returning an item. I even asked if they could look up transaction by item number or UPC, he adamantly said no - that was too much work. They HAD to have exact amount. So when I told him I was 99% sure the shoes were all I bought, he then said “well you’re just guessing & we’re not going to do that.” I’m just really shocked that they didn’t even offer any type of solution, just kept telling me all of the things they couldn’t do for me. Maybe it was because I was a woman, that sure the way they made me feel.

Dunhams is good for a few things. They don't recognize CCDW, so I don't buy firearms there. Pistol ammo is priced well, but forget buying rifle ammo because it's absurdly overpriced, that's why the shelves are full. Good spot for hunting accessories.

I need to sight my muzzleloader. I explained to one guy that I need something to stabilize my rifle while shooting, like sand bags. He offered me monopod, then go to Lowe's and buy a sand bag there!!. Lowe's does not sell hunting supply. But he believes 50 lbs sand bag will cover my needs. I felt insulted. Maybe because I am a woman, deserve such respect.

Dunham’s Sports of Somerset, KY is the best place in town for any of your sporting needs. They have a wide verity of hunting, golf, and exercise equipment. Not into sports, that’s fine they still have something g for you. Dunham’s has a large selection of apparel and shoes with great brands and fair prices. If you sign up for their rewards you will get great coupons and sometimes a 20% off. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store always looks great and clean so great job to the staff!

They’ve stepped up their game a bit. The store used to be cluttered and chaotic but it’s much better now. Good selection on clothes, guns, other misc sporting stuff. Prices are a little high, but selection is good

Stopped into Dunham's Sports in Somerset KY and found a great revolve at a great price. I got the Heritage Rough Rider small bore which I love. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. If you are looking for anything sports related I suggest you go hear.

I have bought there before and they actually did not have what I was looking for as far as the product and I also followed up on another issue with the home company and they are pretty strict about their rules. I was simply trying to promote a non-profit 100% free YouTube channel that deals with nature and the outdoors and they said that they have very strict policies about their stores and involving themselves in anything other than their sales

Bought a gun there cuz they carried the one I wanted on sale. Picked out what I wanted, ran the background check, and as the employee goes to box it up, he ran the numbers on the wrong gun.

I went to purchase my first kayak there and was helped by a very informative and helpful salesman. They got me the right kayak for a great price and even applied and coupon I didn't know about to save me some extra money. They helped load it into my vehicle and showed me the proper way to carry it and store it. Great place with great prices and great sales people. Highly recommended.

Dunham's was as always a nice visit. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they were short on stock and did not have what I was looking for. That being said the staff was courteous and polite and the store was clean and people were wearing their masks so got to give it a four out of five.

It can take a few minutes to get the right employee to help you, and their firearms selection is fairly limited. But with that in mind, my wife went to buy her first handgun from Dunham's. It took between 5-10 minutes for the store manager to finish with a, customer before he could help us, since no one else in the store was authorized to sell firearms at the time. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and the sales were good enough that I went ahead and let her get 2 handguns and a bunch of accessories. For a company that has not built their reputation around being a "gun store", they did right by us. So I'd recommend them.

Bathroom doors stay locked which is OK but once you tell a worker and they are coming to unlock it for your kids who have been waiting 15 mins as is just to tell another worker to then finally being let in 20 mins later i could see if the young boys was busy but not the case..After gettin in the restroom the floors are nasty no tissue only brown paper towels to wipe with it comodes were nasty to you can tell its not been cleaned thts not bad enough a young worker was walkin so close to me he lit pushed me! The workers have no respect at all Tht place is a place i shop at Alot when im in this town but after today i prob wont be back.

Buying a gun here was the weirdest experience ive ever had. it was literally embarrassing. Youd think you were in a communist state. First I stood there for an hour while employees helped everyone else until I said out loud "we've stood here for an hour." Suddenly they came to help. Then, I had my step dad with me and let him look it over cause hes the expert on hunting rifles. This turned into 5 employees coming to question if I was buying it for him. Felt like I was in FBI interrogation. To checkout is a giant mess. Take a tag, checkout, take it back to gun counter, then told to go stand by main door and wait, employee carries gun out of store for me. Lmao. Never in my life and Ive bought guns in blue states.

The limited staff at the Somerset ky store today 9-25-22 @ 1:00 pm was not helpful at all ( couldn’t get anyone to assist with firearms purchase) and did note a young man in a light blue button up and ear piece behave rudely to a customer while not even acknowledging me from the other side of the counter.

I purchased a Champion Hoodie for one of my children for Christmas, but it was a size too small. I didn’t have my receipt but the tags were still on it. I didn’t need a refund. I only wanted to exchange it for a larger size but the clerk refused to help me. They said I would need to bring in a bank statement showing the day it was purchased. I’ve always loved shopping at this store, but unfortunately, I won’t be back again.

They get huge points from me for having the fish basket I washed at a great price. Dunham's kisses all those points for putting 32oz Yeti tumblers near the checkout. Thirty damn dollars I had to pay for a cup for my wife....

I was dissatisfied with the service I re received here. Had things on sale and in the add paper....but if you didn't show it at checkout you were charged full price. To me that is just dishonest! If you run it in the add the prices should reflect the changes! I should not have to point out and do thier jobs for them! Very upset when I left and found outthis is how they conduct business.
