One of the single best customer service experiences my wife has ever had was at 7PM on 03/16/21 because of a wonderful employee at this store. She didn't get his name but he was a younger blonde haired gentleman that was extremely courteous, respectful, and genuinely cared that she had a positive experience at his store. He helped her with saving money and loaded her groceries into her cart. This will be our go to Dollar Store as long as he is employed!

Store was well kept and clean but some areas looked like a tornado sent through. Staff was friendly, I didn't get greeted when I first came in. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit and will be back!

I'm a dasher that went to this location and when I did it was a mess I couldnt even find half the stuff my customer wanted cause everything was messed up so I lost 15 dollar pay and my ratings had dropped because it was aggravating just to be there I will never be back again

Messy. Carts full of inventory that sits for days needing to be stocked. The night shift manager is an absolute horrid delight of a cashier and person in general. I couldn't imagine living each day as hateful as she is. This dg is close to my house so I go ONLY for convenience. Certainly not for quality of service or cleanliness of store.

It is a good place to shop if you have time to look for bargains. There is a wide variety of items. If you need to make a quick stop for an item in particular, you may pay more than you should. I had to pick up a can of coffee in a hurry and I paid more than usual, for example.

All Dollar General stores are my go to stores. They are always clean and the employees are always friendly. The prices are great too. I always go to Dollar General instead Wal-Mart. They also have a large assortment of different ideas. I love just to go to shop. You always find new items. They really make you feel like you are getting a bang for your buck. If you are on a fixed income then this store is a most for you.

All Dollar stores could be cleaner , more people working in them so you dont stand in line for 30 mins to check out . They also might need to look at where the cameras are I know alot of people that have had their bank account hacked. One friend of mine had theirs hack 3 times after shopping at a Dollar store. Might want to invest in better security and move the stupid cameras from pointing on the de it and machines.

I like and deal with the Dollar General in Burnside Ky. A new store opened upon South 27 South out of Burnside, seems to have more product and better orgsnized. Irony do my major shopping there but both be at the trip into Somerset for a gallon of milk or bread and Hamburg buns.

Clean an tidy we stopped there on our way home from out of town and it was our first time going to that particular one and when I needed some help finding a few things the staff there was very helpful

Go often for ice which is reasonably priced. They all are pretty old and feel crowded. But if keeps prices down then all's good.
