Very disappointed in the merchandise in this store, been to many other belks stores that offer so much more. The one positive is the staff, they are always friendly. Time to consider new buyer for this location, maybe replicate your Danville store.

Shopping in this store reminds me of going to the flea market. It hasn't always been this way. And by the way the locations in Corbin KY and Richmond KY are totally different. Clean and nice stores and not cluttered.

I bought clothes here and was questioned, Are you buying both pairs of pants? Why would I bring both pairs to the register if I'm going to buy one pair? She then asked if I knew that they were the price on the tag. Somerset Belk has a bit of a snobbish attitude on the clock which is why I walked out without buying anything.

My only issue with this store is that there never seems to be enough cashiers. The checkout lines are always long. The last time I was there, I thought two women were going to fight over who was there first.

This store is always clean and organized. They have good quality merchandise and their store associates are always friendly and helpful. And when they have a sale, they have a real sale! Their App is easy to use and it's a place I recommend if you are looking for good quality clothing!

I enjoy shopping here when I have plenty of time to spend. The sales are great, however the store always seems to be a mess and the wait time to check out is pretty bad. Maybe they are short staffed. The employees are always friendly and I commend them for that. The store definitely needs work when it comes to organization and keeping things tidy.

Never went there but Google maps wants a rating. The store has a roof on it so you won't get wet when it rains. And they actually thought to pave a large spot out front where you can park your car. Genius. Would go there again.

Drove 50 minutes to get there to buy perfume. Got to the counter and waited and waited. Then walked around the counter 4x to see no one. NEVER ASKED " Can I help you". I left empty handed with out it. Won't ever go there again!!

I used to love this store and I still do like it. But, it feels like a big yardsale anymore. So many clothing racks close together that you can't really look at anything. Everything mostly made out of polyester which I don't care for. It just isn't my favorite place anymore like it used to be.b

Belks has beautiful clothing when you first go in the store for ladies sizes 8 to 14. I'm 16. I did NOT find anything for me. But, in years past there were beautiful clothing for me. I'll look again next month. Some clothing in the back looked like they were from Roses, ugly clothing.

Good quality items at a reasonable price. An even better price can be found by following the numerous sales they have. I also found quality items for a good price online. I visited the store not long after Christmas and things were a bit messy but that would be expected. The sales staff was excellent and helped find the items I needed.

Ordered a pair of mens size 11 shoes, they sent me a pair of womens size 6.5 in a box that said size 8.They even sent a return label with the order but said I can’t use it because it list the proper product for return but the sent the wrong product with the label. How ironic. When I tried to get the shoes I wanted to start with they said they weren’t available any longer. If I sold the same thing to more than 1 person I would be in jail.

The store in Somerset Ky is horrible. It looks like they took merchandise from other stores and dumped it here. There seems to be no management. The buyer must be 95 years old. No modern pretty stuff. But yet the prices are still high.Maybe corporate needs to pay a visit. I go shopping in Lexington at macys and Dillards. Apparently the buyers have taste and management knows what they are doing. The stores are impeccable. Bells is a dump.

A lot of the workers here are your standard “Karen” type of workers. Very rude, inconsiderate, and they just stare at you and shoot dirty looks. Prices are also very outrageous and extremely over the top for Walmart type of clothing.

The reason I can't give the store a higher rating is the fact that checking out there is a time-consuming venture. I avoid the store due to terrible waits at the checkout. It's not a covid thing either, its been this way for years. Just remember, if you decide to buy, it may take time to do so. Buying a car is faster sometimes.

I love this store. I don't know why people shop at Walmart or other discount stores. If I watch their sales & specials I can find much better quality for better prices.i buy most of my clothes, shoes, & makeup there. They always advertise great sales. I take notice & read my emails. I've shopped there enough so that I recognize many of the sales personnel. I've never met a rude clerk at this store. If I can't find what I want they always redirect me to something I might (& usually do) like better. They are extremely cordial & this store is always busy. The manager is often out and about, working & rearranging displays. She always speaks...I do most of my shopping there. They serve the community well....

The staff are always helpful and very nice. You can also get some really great deals on name brand items. They're always having some sort of sale. If you've not checked out their website do that as well, it's great and you can also get in on their clearence sale, which is AMAZING!!!! I Def. Recommend going and checking them out.

Place looks like a thrift store. Everything so crowded together its hard to find anything. If you are spending yay kind of money then make the drive to Dillards they have much nicer stores. Well worth driving to Lexington.
