Stopped here on our way to Mammoth Cave from Nashville.Restaurant tables were dirty. Bathrooms were clean.They put cheese on my son’s burger, but corrected it and let us keep the wrong one. Food was quick and fresh. Fries were full.Decent stop for a quick lunch.

Was in the about 2030 and the place was empty. Not sure if that's a good sign or not. The people working were nice and the place looked clean by today's standards. I got two junior bacons, a large fry and a medium frosty. They only had chocolate or pumpkin poop so I naturally picked chocolate. After all it's the original. The frosty was good and the fries were good. The Jr Bacons were dry like usual for Wendy's these days and they did not have lettuce. Over all the place was ok but like usual, the price was way too high.Update 12-7-23: stopped by again and at 7 PM the doors were locked. Can't get good service anywhere any more it seems.

We got 2 hamburgers, 2 orders of fries, and a 4 piece chicken nugget that went straight in the garbage. My husband took 3 bites of his cold hamburger before spitting it out. I didn't even try to eat the chicken nuggets as they looked like they had been stepped on. I tried to pick thru the fries and eat a couple but they were cold and looked like they were left over from last week. It's fast food so my expectations aren't high, but that was probably the worst food I've ever been served.

I don't know what's going on but why isn't dinning room open. Can't use drive thru truck doesn't fit... I went to mc Donald's twice now because of it down the road. Hey they are liking the business keep this up and you will close.. and I wasn't the only one there standing outside so your making a big mistake... we both drove off and went to McDonald's. And I told them at McDonald's. SO hope they put a sign out saying stop here when you don't get service

Long line, not because they’re busy, but because they’re slow. Waited 15 minutes as the second car in line and waited another 5 at the window and didn’t even get HOT food 😡Fries are a joke

I miss the way they used to prepare their burgers. When you ACTUALLY ordered it. So it was hot and fresh. I had the Dave's single with cheese, but it was missing lettuce, and the burger was luke warm at best. Hot fries were good, though. The floor in the lobby looked like it had a greasy film on it. Like it was mopped with cold, dirty water instead of a hot, soapy solution. I don't think this Wendy's will be on my list to eat at again anytime soon.

This would be a good place to put a restaurant. Location Smiths Grove Ky. NEVER stop at this Wendy's. All I ordered was a Baconator. I got it and it had no bacon on it. Get it remade. It has bacon but none of the other stuff that goes on it. Very horrible service. Had a big puddle of water in the floor by the drink machine, nobody was even attempting to clean it up.

Hit or miss with each visit. I'd advise to verify order is correct before leaving drive thru. I will say they are polite, the times I've had to have my order corrected. I haven't been in a while since I can't stand the times I've gotten rude or impolite employeesParking: Plenty of parking spacesKid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed here

I quit going to wendys two years ago because of this location and tonight we decided to try it again and I'm sad to say it'll be another two or three years before I ever return I got home with my food and my bun was as hard as a rock the mozzarella cheese that was on it was nasty and still there was hardly any sauce on it I would have called and complained but they would have just told me like the did the last time to bring it back because they pay for my gas I shouldn't have to bring it back it should be made the way they're supposed to if these kids can't make the food then maybe quit hiring kids they're in there having too much fun playing around goofing around and flirting and they need to pay more attention to their job. Hands down the worst establishment I have ever been to and I will never return I would recommend nobody go there to eat

Dining room is never open it seems. I have attempted as early as 8pm for dinner and as late as 10am for breakfast. With a major truck stop right next door stupid business decision
