Amazing vets I highly recommend them. Storm gets excited when she realizes where we are at and loves to see them. I have never had a dog react the way she does when we take her to the vets. They treat all of our animals like family and that means a lot to us. The hour drive to go there is worth it to us. A huge thanks to Dr. Thomas and the rest of the staff that takes such excellent care of our animals (children).

If I could give them 10 stars I would. All of the doctors here are kind, compassionate, will love your fur babies like their own. Recently had to send my sweet girl over the rainbow bridge due to age and serious health problems. Dr. Duggen answered my 1,000 questions with grace and patience. Loved on Phoenix at every visit, helped us so much in her final months. Dr. Thomas seen us just this past weekend when we had to put my girl to sleep & his kindness and compassion is something I’ll never forget. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else, & I can’t thank this office enough for everything they’ve done for me and my Phoenix.

Absolutely the best veterinarian around our area. Pleasant staff, vet was very upfront and explained everything very well. We had a rescue that we were keeping and went in for shots and stitches for a cut on leg and when the doctor found out we were getting him neutered asap, he made time in his schedule to do it all at once so we wouldnt be making two trips and dealing with cone for a month. Everything went well, picked our pup up next morning and prices are so inexpensive, especially compared to BG area vets.

Great choice for veterinarian services! We live a couple of counties away and still choose to use Thomas and England for their superior services. They really care about our animals we bring in. Very friendly and knowledgeable vets. I trust every suggestion and know they are here for our animals best interest and not out to take our money with unnecessary testing, procedures, or medication prescriptions.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My beloved 11 year old cat Charlie’s last visit was more than excruciating because he’d had a stroke and there was no real choice but to let him go. The doctor and his assistant could not have been kinder to him or to me. I live in Bowling Green but I choose to come here because these folks are exceptional. If you have an after hour’s emergency, make sure you talk to someone other than travis England. Rough on my dog and said “I don’t care if you give me 1000 or 2 thousand I won’t take her tonight” she was in critical condition and had to take her somewhere else where surgery was performed. The other guy was phenomenal but I will not have anymore business with Travis.

Traveled from Pennsylvania and needed a vet. Saw Dr. Duggin and he was great. Prices are reasonable and staff is nice. Tech is great (forgot her name). This is not one of those strip mall practices. This is a real, country vet’s office. So glad we found them.

Our baby, Daphne, got spayed at Dr Thomas's. They were wonderful. Very friendly, very efficient, and made us feel very safe leaving our baby in their care.The surgery healed beautifully and Daphne is 100% back to normal!!Thank you Dr Thomas and staff!!

I would like to give 5 stars because the vets and vet techs are wonderful. My three star review is because of the front desk staff. Normally, when someone at a place of business treats me horribly, I let it go because I don’t know what kind of day they are having. With that being said, these girls at the front desk are horrible-every single one of them. Each time I’ve ever been to this vet, they have been rude and very unhelpful. Face-to-face visits or even on the phone; horrible, uncaring, and rude. These people are the face of this business, the first people you interact with for services, they aren’t doing a very good job at all in my opinion. You walk in the door and the look of disdain on their faces, if they even acknowledge you in the first place is offensive. As much as I love the way the vets and techs treat my fur babies and me, this establishment has lost my business.

extremely unprofessional. called needing urgent care for my recently adopted cat, no response, no phone call back. until an hour later when vet calls and throws a fit because he came in to see our cat and we weren’t there. we are expected to drive an hour to a closed vet when we didn’t even receive a call back???

Dr Hunter Thompson saw my cat, he was compassionate and kind. He called me daily and kept me informed while he was hospitalized. Dr Roger Thomas had to do the hardest thing for me and that was to end my cat’s suffering and he let me be there and talked me through everything, he is a wonderful vet and really cares about what he does. Even in the harder times. I couldn’t image a worse event being as peaceful and caring as it was. It was an act of kindness that effected me to my core and will stay with me until my dying day. If your looking for a veterinarian service this is the place to go. The office staff are super friendly and helpful and they care about the animals so much.

Thomas and England has got to be the most caring vet within Bowling Green and all surrounding areas. They allowed us to bring our dog in after an unfortunate accident with minimal notice and minutes before closing. The veterinarian was more attentive than most PCP providers I've seen for myself and family. You can tell that this is their calling and they love the animals and take pride in their work.I cannot say enough positive things about this business, we needed help quick, were new patients, the vet we've used for the last 7 years was not an option, and they provided the services needed plus so much more.

The vets are awesome and have a heart. Their office manager is heartless. I owe money and was denied service, for my very sick dog. She is having to die, because I can't afford to get her help. I've always paid my bill, even going without. But when I'm need of a vet, money is placed over a animal needing help. Money shouldn't be placed higher than a animal in need. So I'll have to lay my baby girl to rest by her mom and dad, soon. I failed her, but so did your office manager. I hope she needs help someday and gets denied services and feel helpless as I do.And I'll still pay my bill, maybe not as fast as the office manager wants, but I'll pay it.

I started taking my dog here because everyone I asked recommended this place. My dog swallowed a battery and they were able to do surgery the same day. They are affordable and I appreciate how personable they are. I will never take my dog anywhere else!

So thankful for the Vets & staff here.. my dog was VERY sick & within minutes imaging & bloodwork was done. They had her condition diagnosed & preformed life saving surgery. I got the call that all was well & they were great to my girl while she stayed overnight to recover. She has healed & made a full recovery now.I will recommend them & their services to anyone in need of help for their pets/animals.
