I really enjoyed coming here. I came here to rest before going to Bowling Green to make a delivery. They have plenty of parking. There are lots of nice places around the area to go eat. It's also really quiet here with very little traffic. The restrooms and staff are really nice. There is a lounge area inside if you need a place to chill after your long road trip.

They have a super huge parking lot with extra wide spaces. Outstanding! They are currently building another convenience store, which looks like it'll be at least twice the size of the old one. Can't wait to check it out once its completed! The lady working inside is awesome! Very helpful and friendly.Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich! Bonus, there's actually a grocery store right next door if you need supplies for your truck!

Got 2 tires repaired at the shop here. People were really nice. Took a little longer than I would have preferred but he did a good job, so I guess I can't complain.

Nice truck stop, lots of parking at 3 am and free, but it's more reserved parking though. Liquor store inside, restaurant, and Wendy's next door. I don't even think people know this joint open. Barely any trucks out here

Recently remodeled, they have really good food, some staff members are really friendly, but others could take some lessons from the friendly ones. They have a very nice large parking lot for big trucks, but I think you have to pay to park unless you spend a certain amount of money with them. Nice store

It's otherwise a great place to stop by, however, there's 2 hours free parking, and then there's different options for how you can pay to park.

Poor place. Mens restroom was partially flooded from an out of order urinal, 12 dollars to park or buy 50 gallons of fuel or buy 30 dollars worth of merchandise. Food from there kitchen was nasty. Biscuit was cold and dry. Would park at Speedway across the street next time I'm in the area! Zero attempt to keep the water cleaned up in the rest room running under door into the store!

Went in to eat dinner around 6:30 p.m. food looked like it had been left from lunch. My buddy got a plate of chicken , it was so tough he couldn’t eat it. I didn’t get anything because it didn’t look appetizing to me .Glad I didn’t .Was hoping it would be better than previous owners food. It wasn’t . Won’t be back. One star rating is to much. Should be a zero.

Yes you have to pay to park if you don't buy fuel. (or $30 merchandise inside) After you're finished crying, you can write it off on your taxes. They have good food here too, 100x better than typical truckstop fast food. The cook was really nice too!

Great place to stop!! I don’t mind paying for parking if it’s clean and has everything I need!! I had fried fish and coleslaw for dinner and it was delicious!! The entire place is spotless and the staff is friendly! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the towels for the shower are threadbare. If they get some new towels, 5 stars all the way!!

Smiths Grove is a good place to stop when traveling. How ever I was disappointed to see that the restaurant is not what it was some years ago when I could stop in get a tank of fuel,a shower,a truck wash and a meal ticket for the cost of the tank of fuel. But with the up grades that has been done are good, it is still a comfortable place to stop and one of my favorites when going north or coming back to the south. So whith said THANKS SMITH GROVE FOR EVERY THING YOU GUYS HAVE DONE FOR ME AND MY FELLOW TRUCKERS.

Occasionally have buckets for cleaning w shield every other aisle or so. There are no towels on aisles for checking oil or wiping hands. Only reason I stop here is fuel prices w my surcharge.

Always parking for big rigs,it seems like if the small restaurant inside is open all day long,no showers,bathrooms are a little dirty,fuel is a little cheaper than the major truckstops,overall it is a good place to get some rest

Well, there wasn't poo on the floor.The lone cashier was working non stop at 6am. Truckers everywhere. Out of creamer. Only one kind of coffee available, no sandwiches. The manager arrived 20 minutes after a huge debacle that had the cashier (wrongfully) cussed out by a trucker. The manager then berated the cashier.AND a very cumbersome process to get fuel. Yeeesh!

This is now a proper TA with reserved and regular free parking. My GPS doesn't recognize this as a TA, and TA's own app doesn't show any reserved parking options, but it's newly renovated, so that probably why. I'm happy they're here, nonetheless. 7/27/23.

Another great local truck stop bought out and ruined by TA. They got rid of the good food, brought in systems that don't work, employees that don't have a clue and of course, the nastiest breed of truck drivers that naturally flock to TA's who stayed away when you had to pay $12 to park.

Shower was nice. People working the counter just aren't friendly and have bad customer service. $15 showers. Parking is free for 2 hours. Shower attendant and parking attendant were nice. But the people that run the store... need to work on their customer service.
