I bought a few little things but they have lots to see and use. Lots of clothing for Mexican ceremonies. Beautiful little girl dresses and little men's suits. Jewelry booths, furniture booths, antiques, and toys. Just about everything. Don't forget to stop at the fruit stand and get Mitch to fill your bags with veggies and fruits galore.

Some of this people not all are scammers. This one lady was selling a dog ( husky) after she saw that we were interested and asking questions. The lady got up from where she was setting and raised the price $200 from the original price. She told us that she made a mistake even tho the price was there since the morning.

There is a jeweler in building C that is so good at his craft. I have had him do so many repairs ether fixing or sizing my jewelry, adding charms to my charm bracelet, creating new jewelry for me out of scrap gold I had and a stone I wanted turned into a pendant. He also makes and sells his own original pieces. Fast, honest, and highly talented jewelry maker! His booth is called jewelry Martinez, I highly suggest making the drive if you need something altered repaired or simply looking for something new to add to your collection. 20/10 in service in my opinion because the whole family go above and beyond my expectations every single time!❤️❤️❤️

Overall, I consider this to be a pretty good flea market. I went in the middle of March, 2024, around noon, and for the weather then (sunny, temp. about 52 degrees), there were quite a few people both indoors, and out.I started looking outdoors, and there were just under 20 booths set up. There was variety (new /used / knick-knacks / chickens (!)) and I got a deal on some CD's (I didn't even ask for a lower price, as they were a fair deal).Next, the indoors were primarily as described on other Google reviews. There were lots of Hispanic vendors / items, and a sizable percentage of the customers were Hispanic. Still, reviews here give the impression that the Mexican items / various clothing are by far the norm, but there's quite a bit of 'regular' flea market type of items. Namely: tools; electronics; video game related fare; vinyl / CD's / DVD's; and more.Issues with some loud music playing are there, but overall, I didn't have a big issue with much of anything. Also, one reviewer claimed the place was small, and that's anything but true (as many other reviews, plus this one, note). And, for 'Yelpers', many reviews over there note the place is smelly, and apparently that *was* the case maybe 8 or 9 years ago. However, it's not an issue now (at least, when I was there in cool weather). So, since that doesn't seem to be noted much here on Google, that's apparently something that got cleaned up.Finally, on the latter subject, and as noted by others, the place was clean and the booths were set up pretty neatly. So, high marks for those things.All-in-all, if you don't live too far from the place (maybe it's 15 to 20 minutes or so for most Louisvillians), it's definitely worth a visit if you'd like to see yard sale type of items mixed with some low-cost newer goods.I'd have given it 5/5 stars, but the small number of outdoor booths (I expected more like 30) and some booth item duplication inside (plus some music annoyance) make me give it closer to 4/5.

My first time here in many years and it was horrible. It is NOT A FLEA MARKET anymore it is a swap meet full of overpriced clothes. Complete waste of time. I use to love this place in the 90's now I'll never be back.

there's a bird shop there and every single bird in there is so incredibly abused in tiny little cages, the wrong toys, the wrong food, the wrong everything and most of all in the wrong environment. the big display bird was bald from ripping his feathers out in stress and he was having a heat stroke in front of everyone and they just laughed and said "who's a pretty bird". I hope this store gets shut down immediately I cannot believe how this is legal I've never in my life seen so many abused birds in one room. I wish people cared about the animals they forcibly hold captive in small little cages but I guess I'm asking for too much.

Like any flea market, it changes as the vendors change.Worth checking out. I did pickup an old meat clever, but not a lot of old knife options that day.Lots of cloths, hats, electronics, etc.

Pretty small place with not a lot of variety type vendors. Many of the vendors basically have the same things and there was very little foot traffic at the location during my visit. Short isles and little variety and just not worth the stop.

This place has changed a lot over the last ten years. It seems like everyone has the same thing. Not good for me but maybe for you. And now it’s all Hispanic not saying that is bad but it is what it is. We are all trying to make our lives better. I respect that

I am a huge animal lover and advocate and I saw a husky puppy for sale for $400 with no vaccinations or health certificate. It was dirty and in crate too small with no water. I saw the owner only drop a handful of dog kibble into the crate. As someone who has had puppies and helped find them homes, it was heart breaking to see a puppy with little to no care it was receiving and in the state it was in. This was wrong and should be investigated.

The size of this place is amazing. You can find nearly anything you can imagine. I think it's mostly overpriced, however it's the hunt that's half the fun.

This place is a big part of my childhood. I used to come here all the time with my grandma who i think used to sell knives here. I highly recommend the blanket booth next to the shop with the birds and Monica's candy store. Theyre both run by some close friends of me and my grandma.

Large. Semi clean. Needs more English spoken an written to understand prices. So many stalls with matching product. No originality.

Its a big flea market. They have good deals on used shoes and clothes. Really reasonable prices. But my son got a orbe gun from there and the motor burnt out in less then a week. They also have food there. I never eat there though but the kids say they have the best chicken tenders ever. They also have tacos and a whole bunch of new clothes like Columbian jeans and the soccer outfits and even the real nice covers. They also have a store where u can buy new kitchen stuff for a food truck with far pricing

The flea market was clean and had lots of booths with lots of different items. I bought some old records and my husband bought a phone case. The food area looked and smelled wonderful, but we weren't able to stop and eat because we were pressed for time. It's definitely a place we'll go to again and worth visiting.

The flea market in general was ok. The lady selling the birds is the highlight of this flea market. She denitely knows her stuff: i enjoyed talking to her. She has the cutest baby birds! Baby cockateils, finches, love birds and parrots. She was very friendly. You can tell she loves what she is doing. All the birds were well taken care of and seemed just as happy as her. See a photo of her business card...it gives the location of her booth.

Good place to waste a couple hours, grab some food and walk around. This flea market is mainly Hispanic venders, so a lot of the items are more for Hispanic people, but you still can find some good deals on cooking items that are hard to find else where

Arrive at zero 9 o’clock to a mostly vacant parking lot. At around six after nine a door was opened, and although all the halls were filled, only seven proprietors were open. And what was open container mostly junk that was way over priced. I understand people value different things, and assign value to different things however $50 for a broken boom box seems a little pricey I will not be going back nor will I be recommending the Shelby county flea market.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would...This used to be a great place to go with your family, but now it is literally little mexico here in the U.S. all vendors are mexican, all customers were mexican except our family, all of them stare at you as you walk by, they have 8 yr old mexican children running booths...its a waste of your time and money unless you are mexican or are married to one.

Went on a nice spring Sunday and found some deals outside. Lots of interesting booths inside the building too. The double white doors are the entrance/exits if you're not sure how to get into the building.

You better speak Spanish, unless you go to Morning Wood Gifts which has a great variety of products and the owner personally waits on every customer and explains each product in depth.

Too many anti-maskers among booth owners -- probably 50% of them didn't even bother to have one pulled down, they simply weren't wearing one. Out of roughly a hundred or so patrons, I only saw 8 adults not wearing masks. Will not be back, probably not even after the mandates are lifted as it appears the owners don't care if they're allowing this to go on. Will definitely be spreading the word.
