Very clean nice bathrooms. But only three stars because not good as a travel center. If you are pulling a trailer or camper it is super tight to get around and to fuel up. Hard to get out of.

I walked in looking for my favorite candy. And the only thing they had left was fruit punch and they had a lot of it but, when I asked katelynn if they had any more flavors she took it out of her own time and willingness to go to the back stock room and check for brand new stock.... to see if the flavor was available and it wasn't available there at that location, but she went above and beyond your assumed expectations of a gas station customer service employee... but I highly recommend this place for all of your needs on the road. . Buckle up and drive safe Kentucky. Say no to drugs and raise your kids!!!

Big, clean and nice truck stop area. There is a fast food, Wendy's connected to the side of the store. Store is clean and employees were nice. Bathroom was clean. Went in around 12pm, there was quite a few people here getting lunch and other things.

I came in and needed help with self checkout, instead of helping me they ignored me and just sitting on their phones.... Rude and have no customer service 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Can get a little crowded trying to get to the pumps. The one way in one way out layout creates a bottleneck of traffic. This place requires some patience.Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms.

I like Pilot travel centers, they make your travel easier and the service they provide is the best. This place got almost every us states magnets. Love this place.

As far as I have seen it is a lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. Slept in my car outside in the lot and a nice man at the register even directed me to the quietest and safest place to park. Very clean and refreshing here. :)

Staff is very nice, but this is the worst designed setup for regular gas pumps. It is always a complete traffic jam, and I only stop here as an absolute necessity.Just spent 20 min behind a car parked at the pumps, with 2 other cars behind me, so no way to move. Never again.

I came here on my bike and didnt have the easiest time leaving, but the inside was great. Lots of items in stock and they let me sit in the Wendy's to eat food that I purchased in the Pilot store.

The station inside was ok. I paid for the shower. Pretty sure that hadn't been cleaned. I didnt have any towels. My husband paid for his and he said there was clean towels but the floor was sticky. But the outside was horrible. The parking lots truck and car were so littered. I could not belive the trash all over the ground. And not once for the 12 hours we were there did we see anyone pick up trash other then the bags out of the cans.

Tonight, 2/12 about 4:30PM l had engine problems at the mall. Barely making it to this Pilot, 73 yr old lady alone l needed help. I thought it might be power steering fluid. The kindest, caring professional young man was on the register. I had not been able to find where to put the fluid after searching. He immediately walked around and out to my car to help. Over the next hour he and also the young lady working with him both had the customer service skills professionals need to learn.He looked on line, again going out with the tablet-- ultimately did a tow but these 2 young people are a asset to this location.Few peple in busy places with public have these gifts. When l finally had secured a tow and went to my car l got a cup of coffee. Neither one would let me pay for it. PILOT value this kind of employee.I asked if you had comment cards. You get bad ones but l wanted to write a great one. You need this so customers can praise good people as well as issues.

Was super impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My autistic son got excited over a case of Coke Zero in the store and, in his excitement, pulled it off the shelf and busted it open. My wife took the case to the front to pay for the item he damaged, but the staff insisted that she take a new, undamaged case of soda instead. They even helped her carry it to the car. Store was also very clean and well-stocked.

Glad to see that pilot is introducing new tech with the self checkout machine. I decided to try it out and as soon as I began to make my purchase a employee came out of nowhere and began to wipe down the machines on either side of me, literally wiping around my food purchases?

Your basic gas station plus hot food to order. Didn't partake but seemed to be a popular place to stop and get breakfast on the way to work. The employees were warm and helpful. The bathrooms we're above average in cleanliness which is huge when travelling and pregnant!

This Pilot is clean, fully stocked and has great workers that are friendly, professional and kind. As a truck driver who has been on the road for more than 40 days straight since the pandemic hit it's great to go into a truck stop were you are valued and treated with respect. I want to give a special thank you to Ty, Victoria and James for there Great customer service, professionalism and kindness. You made my stay at your Pilot nothing short of Amazing. I will definitely be back and will tell my trucker buddies.

This particular Flying J is beyond the best. Been going in there basically every other day. Employees are super friendly and even after I had surgery they opened doors for me as I have been on a walker. You walk in & you feel like your with friends!!

I visit this pilot station quite often it is always clean the staff is extremely kind. The truckers that are here or more like regulars and very friendly. there's a great restaurant bar across the street called motor heads within walking distance if you're staying here for some time.Prices are good it's just off the highway definitely stop in. I promise you it'll be clean in the people there will be glad to see you
