Very nice hotel and we really like this room layout in our King room. Shower is in a separate room and my wife can do her makeup just outside with a nice mirror that is lighted around the edge.

Stayed on the weekend. Our room smelt like someone smoked in it. Let them know. Wasn't an overbearing smell just a hint. They were willing to relocate. I refused it wasn't that bad .just didn't want to be blamed. Breakfast had a woman working by herself. Look like a struggle ,but she made it happen. Very clean hotel looking to book again there

The rooms were very clean. However, the pillows are so soft that it's like sleeping without anything between you and the mattress. The bathroom door threw me for a bit of a loop. It was a sliding barn style door that let me see out through the gap into the room when closed. It was a bit off-putting.The staff were awesome. The breakfast was very good.

Stayed here again from January 12th to the 15th. We started staying here last year as it is close to grandkids. This is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are quiet. We even started to use the pool. We stay at quite a few Hilton hotels and this is definitely one of their best. It is a clean, well run establishment. We will be back again in March.Rooms: Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.Safety: In a safe area. Nice country area.

Not sure why this hotel is rated as high as it is. TV is outdated, most hotels now have smart tvs, the bed is definitely outdated. Needs some upgrades.Rooms: Bed is not very comfortable, TV is outdated.

Real nice room. Great looking gal at the counter. Good breakfast. Price was about 130 with AAA discount.Rooms: My room was real clean. Spotless. The tub actually drained.

Very clean and quiet.I slept on the floor in room 223 because it was softer than the mattress. And the alarm clock was left set to go off even twice after I unplugged it.

We were going to stop and sleep a couple of hours and they said it would be prorated for however long we stayed and slept yet the full charge was taken from my account before I ever made it room. I went right back to desk and demanded a refund! I didn’t get the refund for over a week but eventually I did receive it. Not good for business!

Excellent hotel and staff! Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was awesome both days and the kids enjoyed the pool. I love how close it was to 64, the outlet mall, and other area attractions. Also, Tina is the best! Thank you for making our stay so much more. It was nice talking to you!Rooms: The room was small, but comfy. The beds were comfy and clean. Our friends stayed in the next room so it was nice to have a connecting door in between.Nearby activities: Close to outlet mall shopping, The Ark Encounter, Diamond Caverns, Whiskey Thief Distillery, Rebecca Ruth Chocolates.Safety: We felt very safe here!Food & drinks: Not very many options for food, unless you want fast food, but Cafe 7021 is worth the stop. Seek it out and enjoy!

We stopped at this hotel as we were tired from traveling. We were surprised how nice it was. Very clean, new and quiet even though the hotel was full on a Saturday night. Great breakfast options. We were refreshed and rested for getting around the construction mess in Louisville. We plan to stay here again when traveling through the area.Nearby activities: Great outlet mall across the overpass.

We booked a stay for Aug 10 - 13 2023. We have been here a previous 3 times. While this stay had it's issues, I would still stay again. We were in room 216 & 218, on the second night one of the rooms had this overwhelming burning smell at about 9:20pm, two young women came up and investigated, called the GM and maintenance, while they didn't know what the smell was from, they were willing to put us in another room, unfortunately, they were booked up that night. Luckily, we had connecting rooms booked, so we stayed in the other one. That same night (around 11pm), I'm pretty sure the family above us was practicing for Monday Night Raw, they were so loud and disrespectful, and honestly, I was so tired from dealing with the smell that I went upstairs and said something to the mother.None of this is the fault of the hotel and their staff. We ended up checking out a night earlier because I had felt pretty sick from the smell - picture someone leaving a blow dryer on for 24 hours or a hair straightener on and burning plastic... That was the smell. I think someone left something on.Again, every person at the hotel handled this as well as they could, and we would go back again, I can tell you, we will be there again at least one other time next year.Pros:Great beds and pillows, the breakfasts are really great, lots of good variety, and the hotel staff is really amazing. They have a nice pool, close to the highway (without all the noise), the outlet mall, Louisville, and restaurants. The hiccups aside, we love this site.

You will never be disappointed by the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Simpsonville. Such a clean and inviting hotel. Very impressed on how clean and organized the hotel was. Came for a leisure stay for the outlet mall to shop for the weekend. Had such a great stay and conversation with the kitchen staff that I will be back to stay in the future. Thank you Simpsonville Hampton Inn by HiltonRooms: Rooms are modern, clean and inviting. What you would expect from HiltonNearby activities: Outlet Mall is across the interstate. Do not miss the outlet mallSafety: Well lit and away from the truck stopWalkability: Area to move around and get some exercise

Generally this hotel is fine for business travel, but the room cleanliness is subpar and may smell like smoke. My most recent stay was extremely disappointing. My room did not have a working shower and the hotel made no attempt to fix it and was not able to move me to another room. I had to check out and move to a different hotel so I would be able to shower for the week.

Husband and I live in Louisville. We got a babysitter for the night and got a room at the Hampton in Simpsonville with the intent to stay overnight, have dinner at the Claudia Sanders restaurant and go shopping at the outlet mall the following day. The hotel was beautiful! Bathroom counters were spacious, TV was a great size, room overall was one of the nicest I’ve seen. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great. The only complaint I have, but it really is a big one for me-is the beds were uncomfortable. 4 pillows were provided but they were very floppy and 2 of them together equaled the volume of one regular pillow. I should’ve asked for more but I didn’t think about it at the time.Instead of a comforter, the bed had a quilt and I found myself wishing for a thicker blanket. There was another quilt in the closet so we doubled up to stay warm. The mattress seemed okay at first but the next morning, my back hurt something awful. I’m in my early 30’s and don’t normally have that problem (yet, anyway) so I could see that possibly being an issue for someone older. Everything else was *perfection* , just the beds, blankets and pillows need improvement. We would definitely go back, but I might bring my own pillows and blanket next time!

I always stay at Hampton Inns because of the hot fresh breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms…. Property in Simpsonville KY let me hopes down with the weak breakfast. No hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits or biscuit with gravy. After a great night of sleep in the awesome rooms I expect a hot breakfast . Continental breakfast is for lower budget hotels, not a Hilton property, let’s get this right please.Safety: Electronic keys and hotel doors akways locked from the outside. No one can slip in through sides without key

Best hotel we've stayed at in the state. An easy drive to/from Louisville. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Perfectly cleaned room with enough towels and Neutrogena soaps and lotion. Comfortable beds and pillows! The pool is our favorite feature since it is indoors and heated. We haven't been in a salt pool before but it was great. They have towels in the pool room so you don't have to bring yours from the room. The breakfast was very nice and had everything you might want for breakfast. The only negative was other guests running in the halls at night, but it was spring break time. The highway can be heard from the rooms but I just use white noise to balance that out to sleep and it works. We will be return visitors!

Probably the nicest Hampton I've ever stayed at and the best hotel stay I've had in years. All the staff was friendly and helpful though I mostly spoke with Ash, who was exceptional, when explaining the exterior outlets to plug in my EV. The rooms were clean and well kept with nice decor and wonderful hooks in addition to flat surfaces and closets which made organizing purses and diaper bags a breeze. I like super soft beds so found the mattress a little hard but delightfully experienced no noise from any neighbors. Breakfast was good with a variety of things like fresh squeezed juice options and all of it was promptly refilled or cleaned as needed. We used the pool in the morning before we left and my little was able to terrorize to his delight as no one else was there. And the pool was a salt water pool so no chemicals! All of that on the ground floor next to the exit (right where the car was plugged in) made it a dream stay while traveling with a young toddler.

Had a great Anniversary stay with my family of 3! Tina made our reservation and Ash was our attending staff and Hope was the shift Manger! All 3 of them together attributed to a great stay! We swam our little hearts out and had free breakfast in our room. To be honest the cooked breakfast is super processed but we worked around it by choosing the healthier options. 😋 The flea market was a flash across the street and the outlet mall is also close by. Go stay awhile! #kingkritic #localguideRooms: Good sizeMini fridgeMicrowaveNearby activities: Outlet mallFlea marketResturants

Beautiful, new, very spacious rooms. They spared no expense when building these rooms, it is even accented with multiple beautiful art pieces. The bathroom is very large and spacious. The shower head is about 7 ft high (great for tall people) and the toilet is separated by a large wall for a little extra privacy. And I must add... there are ample spaces for hanging towels! More than I've ever seen. This is the nicest Hampton Inn which we've ever stayed at.

Spent a week here while traveling for work, highly recommend, clean, staff was very friendly, your room is left alone during your stay. Spacious room to relax and work if needed. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge and microwave. Hot and cold Breakfast options, even had fruit smoothie made withyogurt, many options to choose. Open coffee bar was welcoming!
