It was easy to find what I wanted even though there wasn't anyone on the floor to assist me. It was pleasant going through checkout also. The assistant was very kind and helpful. We plan on shopping here in Shelbyville rather than our local store. The mileage is about the same or less.

Being stuck at home due to Covid-19, I visited my local Lowes many times in the past few months to gather supplies for home DIYs The store was always clean and orderly. The associates were always helpful and pleasant. Retail workers for essential busineses should be praised more often for helping to keep the country running.Here's a few pics of my partial home makeover that Lowes products help me achieve.

Who doesn't love Lowe's?!?We have remodeled two rooms, and the only thing that didn't come from Lowe's is our chandeliers.Let me just tell y'all this,if you get a chance to purchase the electric window shades (mini blides) DO IT!!They are not only stunning, & totally made for all of us lazy folk, they are a complete game changer!Stop by Lowe's, for all your home improvement projects. You'll probably run into friends or family, and even get to pet a few pooches!!

Purchased a GE Washer and Dryer and both are needing repairs 6 days later. Was told 48 hours is all they could do and now I have to go through GE for it to be repaired. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES HERE.

The workers r always nice but they must not have enough employees to keep it stocked especially on the cheaper stuff they should have 3 times more of the cheaper stuff this is bullit county there's more of the people who needs the cheaper materials versus the middle and high price I'd have to say all the other Lowe's I've been in always had the cheaper stocked and the higher end less of and I've been at a lot all the way up to Ohio and almost down to the Tennessee even all the way up east around hazard and hazard was the best I've been in they we're killing it up there

Sold us a bad stovetop right from the get-go. Took over a month to get one installed. Less than 3 months later, the thing craps out again and Lowe's says they won't do anything about it.

Disappointed in the service. Most employees just avoid helping customers at all cost. Went there more recently and they have become very helpful. Perhaps they read these reviews

Horrible attitude & customer service by LOWES delivery service!!!!!! Considering I requested delivery after 5:30 today, that you ignored my req & delivered at 2pm therefore causing me to have to leave work early, that I was saving your delivery team some work by not having them bring it all the way into my home, but instead simply asked the delivery team to drop delivery by my front door outside for me to be moved inside at a later time AND that I just spent nearly $700.00. The guy had a NASTY ATTITUDE about my request & dropped the item at the street by my mailbox, took a picture & left. SERIOUSLY!!!! WOW LOWES, way to go. I had to move the stove myself away from the road.

No evidence of management. Disorganized inventory. You'll get plenty of offers of assistance until you start looking at anything heavy that you'd want help loading. Edit: You don’t even get the offers of assistance anymore. Can’t wait until Menards opens.

Wow. I used their curbside service. I confirmed on the app that I had arrived and the associate was at my car in under 2 minutes! He called me by name, loaded my vehicle, and thanked me. He was a total pro and a great asset to the Lowe's team! Other Lowe's locations should train with this gentleman. Fantastic job!!!

Awesome service from the people on the floor to the cashiers. Just got a new house and I’ve been here five times already. Had to get some wood cut and it’s perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll be back for sure.

I went to the Sheperdsville KY Lowe's because it was the closest one that had the $129 Rubbermaid Fasttrack Garage Shelf Kit, and also bought small metal duplex receptacle covers and swallow Cantex 4 X 4 junction boxes and covers.

I'd like to see a larger area for the self check out. They can become a tight squeeze in there currently. The employees are usually almost always friendly and helpful. The garden center used to be really good quality now it's sub par. The selection is limited. You're lucky if any seasonal flowers will last the entire season.

I order double hung double pane windows from Lowe's they showed up and installed the cheapest windows they had I've spoke to multiple managers they said the only person that can look it up is the person that took the order nobody will call me back. I've been forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

The staff member that helped me was very nice and instructful. I'm new to this area. My Lowe's at home was always able to direct me to contractors that could do paid projects I needed done. I asked if he could do the same and he said the pros wouldn't be back in the store until Monday and he would ask and call or text me with info. He never did. It's the closest Lowe's to where I live. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't go back. Nothing against the store, just didn't appreciate him blowing me off.

We've came here quite often because these people have been working with us very hard finding what we needed just get get our propane piping replaced! Two people have been awesome along with the cashier! We love them! The price is not bad either! They've even helped us figure out a way to save money on rebuilding one part of some walling which is great for us!!

The store is very clean and organized and I was able to get someone to help me right away. I had to wait quite a while in the checkout line because they only had one cashier. I don't use self checkout.

Spend a lot of time here, have just about anything you need, but check the prices and compare. Local and have some really nice and helpful people who work there.
