I was followed around by a pregnant HR lady. It seems like every single employee was female. Don't come here if you're a male unless you want to be profiled and harassed. I bet you this lady is the most overpaid person in the whole building and does the least amount of work walking around talking all day. When I arrived there was a big pile of carts out in the parking lot and they were still there when I left. This company needs to do some serious layoffs because you got a bunch of ladies milk in the clock not doing a whole lot of lifting.

I personally would rather go to Walmart. This specific location is difficult to locate what I am looking for and I find myself wandering all over to find what I need. Not a good layout. Cost is a little higher than I would anticipated given I used to buy Kroger Brand at Ruler Foods for way cheaper.

Whoever decided to put the anti-theft wheels on the shopping carts at this store should be fired immediately. The past three weeks I've had the shopping cart screech to a halt as I've tried to leave the store. Last week, three customers in a row had their carts lock up trying to exit the store. The store management needs to find a different anti-theft method because the locking cart wheels don't work worth a damn.

The cashiers are underage so you have to wait for them to find someone who can do their job. It was quicker to go to Walgreens.

Pharmacy drive-thru line usually long. Not sure why the whole pharmacy closes for lunch? Why not stagger employee lunches, so that those customers who can only come during THEIR lunch can still get their meds?

This is the best Kroger. However they are pro self checkout even though it doesn't work correctly. They wait until the store is pissed off before opening registers.

Dont use self check out here, almost impossible to use it. It was asking for assistance twice in one minute. Faster to go to cashier. Other than that great place to find quality groceries.

This store is a disaster. It’s completely mismanaged. The fact it’s one of the only options around for groceries ensures you are bound to get huge wait lines to check out. They have recently removed more self check out lanes and have condensed down drastically. The staffing must be a problem, as they seem to always have their 6 additional self check out lanes closed. Someone please explain how you close the self check out, I’m trying to do your job for you and they won’t even let us do that. Go to Walmart or priceless, save some money, and the headache.

Terrible produce section. As of September 2021 this location frequently has tiny black bugs/creatures on produce. Ironically, Kroger advertises about how fresh their produce is and then they do this. Photos show normal occurrence in the produce isles- see the small black bugs.

Yesterday evening an employee working the self checkout area, Miranda, was an absolute angel.I was having a rough time shopping when my (sleepy) daughter started flaunting her terrible twos. My anxiety was high & my patience was by its last thread.Miranda saw my situation & immediately came over to scan my groceries.I told her multiple times she didn't have to but she assured me it was no problem.She did this for me while still maintaining an eye on others at self checkout in case they needed assistance.Miranda is awesome!

It’s like shopping in a disaster zone. Shelves are disorganized and half-empty, boxes clutter the aisles. If you dare shop here, pay extra attention to best-by dates. We picked up a loaf of sourdough bread and discovered that the bottom of it was completely covered in mold. We took it to the bakery counter to inform the staff, but there was no one there. Probably because there was nothing to sell given that all of the bakery shelves were empty. But the prices are low, right? Nope! The only reason I’m giving this store 2 stars instead of 1 is that the few workers we encountered were friendly.

Kroger just stole $ 37 + dollars of groceries pd for on flex card but had a balance remaining so tried to use snap. Would not let me --- attendant would not cancel the sale and could NOT identify the items that were not paid for . Had to leave all there ! I hope all I paid for goes to a charity and not back on Kroger's shelves !!!

They are having issues with clicklist pickups. I have been waiting for almost two hours for my order. I showed up in the time frame I had picked and checked in as soon as I got here. If they were short handed I would have been fine with being informed that I would need to pick a later time. The assistant manager that answered the phone didn't realize that I was still on the phone with her and was laughing about it which was very unprofessional. This is a failure of the management if it takes this long. Very frustrating and I won't be using the service again.

The staff is very rude, especially the manager, if u ask a question the snap on u. Half the time they don't have things mark for the sale prices, or they don't have quantities of items in. Click list pickers never move out of the way so you can get to a item on the shelf. Half the time I only end up getting a fourth of what is on my list and then I end up going to Walmart, or meijer.

This is the third time the click list packer put my bread at the bottom of the bag and sat heavy stuff on top of the bread and smashes it. It's getting old. I thought bagger 101 states you put bread and eggs in separate bags with nothing else on top of them. Train your people better.
