Normal selection of pet supplies at regular prices, if not over priced on some items. I mostly left this review to express the disgust I have for a pet store, that cant even care for pets they're selling to customers. The ferrets enclosure was nasty with multiple piles of feces that was drying and obviously hadnt been cleaned in a bit. Gnats and flies were even flying inside with the poor animals. The lizards, bearded dragons etc. weren't too much better. Dried out shriveled brown lettuce, slimey water bowls. The chameleons cage was very sprase and honestly pathetic, but thats a whole other issue on its own.

I love feeders supply, and so does my Lotus. They always have whatever my doggos need. I really appreciate the auto re-order and in store pickup of orders. The employees are always upbeat and helpful when you have questions. Their reward program is a nice addition. Who doesn't want to earn free per food?

Always friendly and informative whenever I'm asking questions or need help. It can get busy in there at times but I've never had to wait a long time at the register. They're always quick to bring on additional help to move customers along. Quality products with fair prices. They often have great sales if you watch out for them. Great team of people.

Bought the perfect little ferret there! He costed a little more than other feeder supply stores but he was worth it! He is perfect... so sweet!Update...for Christmas we bought our second ferret baby for my son as a gift.. an albino female! Walked in and there she was .. very playful addition to our family! I love these little cuties! They played together right off the bat!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The animals seemed healthy and well taken care of. The store was clean and we'll maintained. So yeah, exactly what I was looking for.

I love their pet wash system! They have all your shampoo needs whether you like oatmeal, sensitive skin, or white fur. All types of brushes for short haired dogs to long mangled fur. There is also ear wash for your convenience. Each wash station has it's own dryer and grooming station. If your dog has trouble getting up into the tub, no problem, each tub is equipped with slip free ramps. You may pay before or after the wash and ask for as many towels as you may need. Aprons are also available to help protect you from getting a bath too 😀

What a fantastic place to wash your dog. Every thing you need and really nice set up. Very pleasant people. Which seems to be a recurring theme here near Louisville.

Dead fish. Wrong priced ring up, And fantastic teenage employees who transfer hard but have not given the tools to make their job successful. Down hill store. And I hate that.

They have what you need. Good selection. Plenty of stock. The problem is they're so expensive! If there was another place to compete and make it more competitive with pricing.

It was a really nice place. The staff was really nice. When my dog wouldn't get through the door the staff member let us have halve a cookie and let us pay for the other halve when we got him through the door.

Employees were super nice and tried to be helpful. Sadly due to fact each store operates independently it makes it difficult to get orders fixed when buying from a different store. Would be nice if a chain could be connected better. I ordered online for pickup at a different store and an item was out so they gave me a different item. I tried to exchange the replacement item at this store for the item I was supposed to get but was unable to do so because of the policy. Just kinda sucks when you tie your employees hands like this.

I went in for some treats for my dog and was treated very well. Check out the clearance rack in the back part of the store. Very convenient to run in and get what ya need. They have a rewards card to get discounts ect. Don't forget to get one.

The staff was very friendly and offered advice and experience with their cat products. They went above and beyond to make sure our visit was successful and we had everything we needed. They even called another store to see if they had a few items in stock because they had run out. I'm very impressed with this company and their dedication to animal nutrition and well being. Two thumbs up. You've earned a new, loyal customer. Excellent, friendly, qualified customer support. Not to mention their repeaters program is quite impressive as was their selection and pricing.

Expensive like any other person store.. but they were having a deal on their seresto flea collars for dogs and cats. These collars are normally around $60 a collar... They were having a sale the collar was $44.99 and they had an in store $10 off coupon and a $5 mail in rebate as well. A wonderful deal.. My husband and I went in and bought 4 collars.. they didn't have the rebates so the guy told us to come back the next day with our receipt and they would have the because they were coming in on their truck . We went back they of course didn't have them.. we were buying 2 more collars for my mother in law and we were asking about the coupons and rebates the girl we spoke to was really rude about it. They had run out of the coupons supposedly ( they had a huge stack of them the night before) and never got any rebates. We tried explaining to her that the ad said something else she was just rude about the entire encounter. So as far as deals and sales great place.. BUT customer service definitely a 3 star place

Was greeted by a worker. Was looking for something specific. Got recommended something that wasn't at all what I needed. So looked on my own and found it, no problem. Went to the checkout and the lady was litteraly clipping (doing?) her nails. Anyway, still reasonable prices and happy with the products.

There have been several times I have went into the store and nothing is priced right or everything has been in the wrong spot so they say so today I went in there and was looking at the ferrets and they would not let me get one out to see the one that I wanted that I was thinking about purchasing two of the younger employees were very rude and smart Alec acting and then another older employee tried to tell me that was feeder supply policy that you couldn’t get the ferrets out which Is absolutely not true because I visit all feeder supply stores. So the one young girl wanted to keep on arguing with me and the older lady wanted to and then the young boy got smart especially after he rang my product up that I was going to buy and it was as he says in the wrong spot again so it was the wrong price so I said well screw you I will never be back to the store and you’ve lost couple customers. I will not spend $300 on a ferret and they won’t even let me get it out to look at it.I really didn’t wanna put even one star but I had to hit it in order to post this

Love this store! They have literally anything you could possibly need or want for your pet. The best part is the employees. They will help you with whatever you need to find for your pet and are very patient, knowledgeable, and informative! They go above and beyond to make sure all of your pet's needs are met! I'm most definitely a customer for life!!!

I'm about to quit shopping here. I buy 2-3 bags of dog food every month. Dog food cost $72.99 (Acana 25# bag) and I need rats monthly for my snakes. I was asked last Tuesday to come back next Tuesday for the Rats, I'm here (2:30 PM) but they want me to come back later for the rats, they are waiting for them to get acclimated, whatever that is, now I'm going to Pet Smart. Not sure if I'll return to Feeders.

Decent selection, they have a lot but were missing a few items I was specifically looking for. The prices are decent, you can find cheaper elsewhere but for high end items it's expected. The staff here were all very nice and accommodating, greeting everyone and checking if anyone needed assistance in finding anything. I'd highly recommend this supply store, and even better, they have a self serve dog wash!
