I went to the Sheperdsville, KY., Dollar Tree this morning. The time was 10:45am. An employee made me aware that the store wasn't opened yet; he was waiting for the store manager. Unfortunately this isn't the first occurrence of this sort at this location. This saddened me because I am a Dollar Tree supporter and never experienced anything like this before.

Hobby Lobby and Michaels better watch out. Dollar Tree may have raised their prices to $1.25, but they also upgraded their merchandise. They have the best selection of crafts available for the best price all $1.25!

Love coming here. I do a lot of charity work and can help a lot more people when I shop here. The staff is extremely helpful when I'm trying to move such full carts. The current charity I was purchasing for wanted laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, and paper towels to give to the various families they serve. Thanks to Dollar Tree, 50 families will be receiving 1 of each item.

I prefer this Dollar Tree to all other's. The staff is quick to jump on registers when busy, without being asked, even when busy with stock, always friendly and helpful. They receive products a little delayed compared to Louisville however that isn't a big deal, not when you're receiving this type of service.

The store was clean and the workers were actively stocking product. The cashier was super nice and pleasant to deal with. Theres always hidden gems in the store. Taking your time to walk around all the aisles is worth it.

This is one of the cleanest dollar trees definitely... they don't have a whole lot but they do have excellent quality items for some of the things that are not name brand. They also have. Adewale name brand items for $1 as well.

Got what I needed and lot of what I just wanted. Love this store. Trying some of food items just watch for expire dates. Not found ant expired at shepherdsville. Friendly people work there. Wearing mask by employee and shoppers.

Not very organized. The employees barely even acknowledged the customers with the exception of one . Tools to me that the employee and that one customer were good friends. She was the only one treated as a valuable person

Paid for product got emailed said order was shipped. Nov 17th ND we are now on Dec 19th still no product or didn't get my money back wither

It’s a good store if they are open. Hours vary day to day, always a written note telling customers they are closed guess they don’t have enough workers who want to survive on DT hourly wage

The line had 15 people in it and one person on register. The Manager was right up there too, blowing up balloons. She wouldn't even respond when the cashier needed her for assistance. I finally called out to her saying "can you see all the people that are in line here?" She then stopped blowing up balloons and ran over to open the register. It was so crowded waiting in line that people were backed up in the isles while she just blew up balloons with her back to us all. We were all very frustrated and people were glad I spoke up. A couple of weeks ago she had 2 black eyes. I think you may need another manager. Just sayin.

Got some frozen food to try this time, I've heard it's pretty good for something quick to fix. The awesome orange cleaner is also good to add to your work clothes to remove grease and grim.

This store is great and it's new and clean!! The workers are nice and helpful!! There is a restroom and it is handycap friendly!!! There is good deals but don't always have what you want and the products hit and miss!! Don't always have the same instick

This store is super unorganized. Boxes everywhere, nothing stocked, have not been to a dollar tree with so little on its shelves before, half of what was stocked was strung about. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or a management issue but either way this is not a presentable store.

This location is always clean and the customer service is insane. They're always double checking that you're finding what you need and are just so pleasant. Multiple people, multiple times.

Everything and everybody was good except for empty shelves. I bought the last appliance bulb, and not much to choose from for Easter candy and ect.

Dollar tree rarely or never has items I'm looking for, eg; bread, they're always out of bread. Many can goods I like are always sold out. I just wish I could rate them less than one star!
