Stopped by to pick up a multi pack home phone set, but unfortunately they only had single phones for sale.The clerk here at Big Lots was very nice and helped me find the isle where the phones kept and apologized that they didn't have what I was looking for. To me that's great customer service and what I would like to see from all businesses!I had to go to the big chain store that I really dislike shopping at!I've been noticing that technology is making a lot of what used to be common things to be obsolete nowadays! 🙄

Went and bought 2 loveseats, and the guy who waited on us was excellent! Went back the next day to pick them up and him and another associate loaded them for us and thanked us. Great customer service.

This is a very nice Big lots even though it's not upgraded like most of the newer ones. Only reason I gave it a four star is because it just doesn't have as much stuff as like a normal small shopping store. They do have a real nice bedding kitchen and outdoor patio area to choose from. The Big lots down on Preston highway used to be one of the biggest ones but now it has moved to popular level and I hate it. Because that Big lots used to have so much furniture to choose from really nice. I hope this Big lots gets the upgrade like all of the stores that have the new logos that are black and orange. But other than that the store is really nice the associates are always nice.

As old as this place is they keep it pretty clean employees very nice but spread short on help and pretty amazing u can find some stuff here cheaper than Walmart if u have a puppy or dogs that uses potty pads u can get the most for ur buck and there just as good as everyone else I've been going here since it was built I do believe that was in the 90's

Shopped Shepherdsville, Kentucky store. Bought sofa. Lorie and Donovan were very nice, polite and helpful. Their help and attention was the reason I bought my sofa at this store instead of looking elsewhere.

This is a good place for a lot of random discounted wonders. They don't have quite as much furniture as I've seen in others, but they have tons of other amazing things. Big store, tons of parking, wheelchair accessible, and really friendly staff. I just wish they had a better electronics section.

Lots of updates and new products, but still just has an outdated feel. It was raining and water from the Ceiling was dripping on the mattresses when I went. I also bought something that was broken and had to be taken back. Didn’t know untill I got home that it was broken… so that was really nice.

Always clean, decently priced for a discount store. Furniture section I can hardly ever find help, been waiting weeks for a particular item I keep being told will be in in a few days but never comes. Not at any of the other locations, not sure why they are displaying items they cant sell or get in. Disappointing. When you call and ask if item is in, they seem irritated to look or have quick response to a no and not bother to look.

Order online for in store pick up. I got the order pick up notice and went to the store today. Online messed up my order but instead of Ailene, the freight lead, trying to help us figure out what was going on, she simply said it wasn’t her fault it was our fault and she couldn’t help us that we would have to call online. We tried to talk to her to see what was going on but she raised her voice and said that she didn’t know what to tell us, we could return the item and call online or whatever we wanted to do but she was too busy to help us. Worse customer service I’ve ever received and will not be going back to that big lots ever again

Clean looking store. Great selection of furniture, outdoor furniture, spring items, gazebos, etc. Manager was friendly and helpful. Went in for a pot for a plant and ended up with a complete outdoor furniture set for a good buy. Yes, I also got a nice pot for the plant.

I had not been to a Big Lots for a while. I was very impressed with their selection and with the quality and prices there now. Huge improvements on what you use to get from there. I will be returning there soon to purchase all of my outdoor furniture and decorations. They have some beautiful stuff to choose from.

We stopped in here to get a toy for my kiddo. I had the worse headache it seemed like and the cashier was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get something to help alleviate the pain. She seemed very empathetic to my situation.

I just got 4 piece sets of sheets for twin beds for the kids on sale for 5.99 and queen ones for 9.99. this is a deal!!! They also have justice shirts for $5 a piece. Will be back this week!

I have bought a lot of furniture from them in the past. I have never had any trouble with any of it until the other day. I ordered a fireplace console. Got it home and the holes either weren’t drilled or weren’t aligned and a chunk of wood was missing out of the door. This item is too big to just return and it took 3 hours to put it together. In calling the store I bought it from i get directed to customer service and their only answer is to bring it back. I had to rent a truck to go get it so I can’t just bring it back! The company that made the furniture is located in Vietnam. I may never get the part I need. So I have this thing in my living room crooked and broken and they want to give me a refund upon return but who’s paying for the truck and gas to get it back to them? They could’ve offered me a partial refund or something but no, nothing. So, beware when dealing with them. I’ve spent a lot of money with them throughout time but I’ll be thinking twice after this. Very poor customer service.

There were two cashiers, an almost empty store, and both were lazy. I left due to them not doing their jobs. I asked one to check to see if there were any more garden chairs and instead of even going to see which ones I was talking about she just said she was pretty sure that was all they had.
