Biscuit was having trouble with chronic ear infections and his belly breaking out. We went to Roo's to see if changing his food might help. They recommended a new food (Red Barn), Bovine Colustrum, and some treats that would be good for him. That was over three months ago. Biscuit belly has cleared up a ton since, he hasn't had an ear infection, and has an insane amount of additional energy. Plus, he loves his new food!

Polite, kind staff. Listened to me about my pets needs and provided real suggestions based on pets age, breed and personality. Wide open area that gives you room to stretch so your not on top of other customers. Has some small samples available so you don't have to buy a full bag of food to try with your animals. Glad to have healthier options for my pets. Wish they would advertise more. Store opened last fall but I just heard about it a couple of days ago.

I'm a huge fan of the Muncie store it was nice to see a Roo's here the staff was friendly and it was overall a great experience I'm excited to see this store blossom and grow. They didn't have the treats we get from the Muncie store but did ask me to make a list so they can get them in.The chicken head was a hit for a midday snack so win win! We will be back

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would happily do so! I have lots of pets, both dogs and cats, who I love dearly, and this store is amazing!! The customer service is unparalleled- Jason was so helpful in helping me choose wholesome, nutritious foods for my animals. I recently had some of my dogs get sick after opening new bags of very pricey, corporately owned dog food. This wasn’t the first time they got sick- I have changed their food twice from the same problem occurring, and was looking for better options for my pets. Having them get sick from their food is just not acceptable to me! This store has pet food made from smaller companies, not large corporations, and it’s also very affordable! Jason was very helpful in advising me to help find exactly the right food for my dogs and cats. They are all doing well now, and I’m so grateful to have Roo’s Holistic Pet Care nearby! Thank you again so much for the wonderful customer service and having great, SAFE foods and treats available for my dogs and cats!
