I just ordered 2 wraps and 2 fries. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my food still no food. My girlfriend went in to get my money back. I come here a lot, this is the FOURTH TIME IN A ROW they had my order wrong again!!! The crispy wrap I paid over $8 for was no bigger than a snickers candy bar. I just get tired of teenagers getting my order wrong when I got here so I’m just not going anymore. I’ll drive to Henderson or Madisonville before going back here I’m done.Edit: 04/05/2024 just ordered a wrap with ONLY bacon and cheese and bbq and they put Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions. Also ordered 2 spicy fries and only got one order. The person I talked to over the phone was kinda rude and wouldn’t replace my order told me I had to pay again if they had to cook it. Went from a 1 ⭐️ to a zero star review.

Great food, employees are nice, would have gave them a 5 star but had to sit there waiting on my food for 15 minutes listening to very loud thumping in the parking lot and nobody went outside and told the jerk to turn it down. Other than local idiots the place is great.

Good, dinner style food and sandwiches at a fair price. Burgers are thin and a little crispy around the edges. Super thick milkshakes are delicious.

I absolutely love this place. All the girls are super nice and inviting. The food is great and affordable. I stop here several times a week. If you want a good burger this is the spot. Also the catfish is amazing.

This place is a convenient location, but the employees working here had no ambition in getting my order, the lack of customer service is poor and there are no standard. Wish my experience had been better, I will drive 15 more miles for my next burger, news flash Dairy Bar you have one job and that's to take care of paying customer and provide them with the best experience to get them to come back

I raised my son on this place it was really nice coming home 17 years later and visiting. And Frank is a wonderful guy the Manager.

Great place for a dive food place, if you like sub average food and a bunch of teenagers with no priority of filling orders it's ok. Standards are low for the employees and you can tell, especially when they are on there phone more then they pay attention to performing the job duties, even in fast food I have never seen a cook on the phone while cooking burgers

The food is great and usually really good service but we went to the drive thru for icecream, sign on the window said they were open until 9 but at 8:30 they wouldn't even come to the window just acted like they didn't see us. Maybe they need to change the hours on the window if they aren't correct?

This place has existed 100 years it seems but the remodel and all the bright smiles keep it fresh. Food is oldschool burger joint and deliscious and the best sweet tea in the nation. It is a definite stop when in the area.

Food is mediocre at best. I had mold on a bunch before. Cleanliness is poor. The attitude of some of the workers is rude.

there just always so busy which is great for them but bad for the costumers waiting 45 minutes to an hour just for chicken salads.But the food and the service is wonderful just expect to wait if at peak hours.

Burgers are good. I didn't like the chicken tenders. They were more like a large breast. Also didn't care for the coating.
