This Dollar General honestly has terrible customer service! Especially the store manager Janet! Not only that but we had 7.18 left on our EBT card to buy our food and she had us go ahead and swipe our debit card knowing it would take and pay for the rest of our stuff ! When we needed that extra money to buy our baby diapers! While saying it was only going to take for the remaining balance of the 7.18!

Very friendly southern staff, very clean and organized store. Im so glad they built a Dollar General in this location. The people of Poole, Kentucky are greatful and happy. They also have a brand new self-checkout lane as an option.

Brand new store! Friendly workers. Such a small town, every knows everyone and I frequent it so much that they know my face and we have conversation as I check out. Very convenient location.
