This place is amazing, as soon as you walk in the door, they greet you! They ask you how they can help, they may know off the bat, or not. They are on the radio asking questions to someone else so they can assist you. Sometimes I just say I got it and try to find it myself, but if I can’t, they bend over backwards to help! Great People!

The people are friendly and helpful but their hours are terrible. They are only open until 5PM still. If you work until 5PM and need to do a project on your day off, you'll need to wake up early and by the supplies on your day off. I wish they were open until 7PM like they used to be. Even the restaurants are open for indoor dining.

We just moved to Scottsville recently and if you’re from this area you know that there are not many hardware stores here. However, we are VERY lucky to have this specific store. I couldn’t have asked for a better hardware store! I mean it when I say…that EVERYONE who works there is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable (if they don’t know the answer they help you find it!) I am really loving it here in Scottsville and having this store out here makes the repairs we are doing so much less painful! Keep up the great work guys!

My husband love this store. We have made several purchases there in the past two years. And I love the selection of BBQ sauces and rubs. And we also love the homemade soaps. All and it's a great store great prices and it's local. Staff is always friendly.

I wanted to leave this review as a contrast to the others I saw on Google.I had a fantastic experience!I came to the store to have keys made. I received quick, extremely friendly and highly competent service.The cashier and assistant manager with whom I worked were engaging and professional.I am very glad Scottsville has a friendly and clean neighborhood hardware store.I’ll be making a point to go back whenever possible!

The selection and variety of things you can get there blew me away. I was equally if not more impressed with the staff. Very friendly and very helpful. Reasonable pricing. Beats making the trip to Bowling Green. My new favorite store in Scottsville hands down.

Needed keys copied and stood at the counter waiting while several employees looked and me and walked by me. I'd understand if they were busy, but employees outnumbered customers. I'll drive across town. I've made two trips since and have been treated well, and staff(different than first stop) has been great.

The service is always friendly and the employees are knowledgable. Even a few times I ran last minute, I never felt like I was inconveniencing them. They even have pool supplies that no one else around carry like sand and pool vacuum hose. I highly recommend Scottsville Ace Hardware. Ace truly is the place.

If your in the area this is the spot to get all your hardware needs. Only my second time here but the customer service has always been top notch. Fast courteous service. Help if you need it or need to ask. Very nice store and very clean. Actually the BEST Ace hardware I have ever been to..To top it off there is free popcorn available if you want a snack while you get your shopping done. A+ RATING

I really like Ace Hardware, but like most places in a small town,the inventory is lacking a lot of items. I needed a trellis,front door paint (they only had red,school bus yellow, blue and green....I needed a light yellow) and last yr,an outdoor trash can. Had to make a trip to B.G. 25 mi.away....went to Ace there and they had everything i needed.
