Awesome staff! Very friendly and helpful, they know their stuff when it comes to aging, processing, and packaging meat from just about any animal, Cow, Pig, Goat, Sheep, Buffalo, Deer, Elk, and I'm sure there is a lot more. For a Slaughterhouse/Meat Processing and packaging facility it is extremely clean and well kept. The owner's Kyle and Dave are the 2 nicest, most down-to-earth kind-hearted people you'll ever meet. The steaks, burger, bacon, summer sausage, and Jerry I've got from there over the years have been top-notch. Keep up the great job guys

After having Summits incredible pork chops I had to try some of their other products. Their dry aged rib eyes were as good as any steak house. I also picked up two packs of their Summit hot dogs. I wont ever buy a regular hot dog or brat again. Everything came professionally packaged and sealed, quality unbeatable at any local chain store. Buy local and support Summit!!!

I had to call a month later to find out my meat was done then when I picked up I only had 6 milk crates of meat for a whole cow seemed small but was okay with it, then when I get home and check my receipt I was over charged .15 cents a pound when I called in 2020 it was .55 cents a pound then today it was 70 and I didn’t know what month I called but they changed it in may which could have been when I called I don’t know I didn’t keep up with it. Either way was overcharged and didn’t feel like I got all my beef won’t be going back done canceled my other appointment. There is a high demand for a processing so I won’t be missed but I also won’t be back showalters would have been more honest or at least made the 65 dollars right. Only giving a 2 star for the help with bringing the steer a day earlier then I was suppose to.

Summit Meat Processing has the best of the best that you could ever get. I have never been disappointed. Their hamburger, steaks, sausage, bacon, hot dogs & Prime Rib are very tasty. My family has used Summit several times since they opened. We've had them process deer, steaks, ground beef, pork chops and bacon for us. Good clean facilities, great staff, and great meat. Everything came vacuum sealed with good clean packaging and labels. We've purchased their custom hot dogs as well and they were a big hit. We really love the fact that they're local. They have earned our business for sure.

Kyle and his team at Summit have never ceased to amaze and/or wow us! The quality of the meat is outstanding. Our restaurant has very specific needs, and Kyle was able to exceed our expectations from day 1. The facility is top notch! When you walk in, you can tell that cleanliness is a top priority. We stopped at the Summit Meats food truck at the farmer's market and it was by far the best ribeye sandwich I've ever eaten. We ended up going to the processing facility to get more already prepared ribeye to make our own sandwiches at home! Highly recommend!

This is our second year bringing deer to Summit's. We are very happy with their prices and options for processing. This morning when we pulled in, our truck tire went flat. One of the guys came out and called someone to bring a pump and plug kit. They fixed our tire and got us back on the road in a half hour or so. These folks are the real deal!!

This place is amazing. Tried several butcher shops for hogs. I like this one the best. They will go out of thier way to help people. I've never in my life left a review for any business or product. The packaging is excellent. The service is amazing. The prices are right. I'd prefer to take my critters here for processing over any place in the area.

We have tried almost everything they have to offer and have been impressed with quality , freshness and taste. My family doesn't want anything but Summitt Meats. We have purchased various meats from Summit including ground beef (patties), hotdogs, bacon, pork chops (bone in), roast, sausage, and steaks. We have loved the quality/taste of everything purchased in comparison to store bought meats, and I honestly can say that we know our meats are fresh, local, and clean. Every time we have went to Summit to purchase our meats Kyle, Dave, and the staff have been helpful, the facility very clean inside and out. It's wonderful to have Summit Meats locally in our community!!

The hamburger, ribeyes and pork chops were delicious! The jerky was also very good. I got the original flavor. Also got the thin sliced ribeye for sandwiches but of course couldn’t do them justice like the food truck can.

Their beef and pork products may be great never tried them, but I recently took a deer to donate it and they lost the rack from the deer I took. The racks were all in a room without any identification as to who they belonged to so anyone could go in and get any rack they wanted and say it was theirs. Which is probably what happened to mine. I'm thinking if the rack from a deer isn't tagged for someone then the deer probably isn't either, so how do you know that your getting meat from the deer that you took there.
