Pointless store really. If your not buying a phone then your screwed. Can’t help you with anything and just send you to bowling green like it’s 5 min away.

Best costumer service I have ever had. The store manager(Steven) and the staff made my husband and I feel at home and like family. Steven did an incredible job and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend anyone to go to the russellville location.

My parents who are out of state, were adding me to their policy. When I explained the situation to the four salespeople, one of them said they wouldn't talk to my parents on the phone to complete this process after another out of state Verizon store said this was possible. I ended up leaving and getting a phone shipped to me, and the online staff spoke to us on the phone and were very helpful. What bothered me most is that there were no other customers except for me.

I stopped at this store while passing through the area. I was tired and having one of those days. The staff who work here completely turned my day around! They are both amazing and knowledgeable. They truly understand what great customer service is!

Okay I purchase a phone here and there called Russellville cellular they work with Verizon and it seem to me that someone is hacking my phone here I’m constantly losing service and I feel my screen glitches out a a lot seems Verizon is hacking personal information through Russellville cellular I’m actually a little annoyed and I’m going to go see someone to see why my phone is being hack through Russellville cellular.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store. I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon, and also needed to buy a new phone. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and Lucas, in particular, went way beyond the call of duty in getting this switch done, along with setting up my new phone. The entire process was painless. Great store and staff!

5 months ago this would have been 5 stars. My Wife passed away in March and since her name was primary on the account I needed to get My Name ad primary. I spoke to their bereavement team and they assured me that it was just a matter of changing from her name to mine. That was not the case they canceled her account and created a whole new account in my name and made me repay all the fees and everything that we had already paid and my bill was almost double because they told me that I didn't receive all the discounts and everything that she had it took multiple attempts to get it cleared up but I still had to pay most of the fees and had to go back to and reset up all the discounts that we already had because they couldn't just simply change from her name to mine. It wasn't like we split up and I wanted the phones in my name I did not ask for my wife to pass away and if that is the way you treat your customers who are bereaved you really need to evaluate your customer service

Nice, clean environment. Helpful and met our needs! My wife & I love bluegrass Cellular. The always take care of any problems. So glad they're able to trace these stupid calls &put a STOP to all of it! Best cellular service we have.!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else .

Save yourself the time and money and just don't. This is the absolute worst service in the area and that's when it wants to work. You're looking at paying over $100 dollars per month for home internet that will very rarely give you the speeds that are advertised, you'll average around 3 mbps at best, and on some days of the week you'll get 0.50 mbps. Cell phone is even more expensive and doesn't work half the time. Even on days when the data supposedly resets, it's still under 1 mbps. Shady business that never helps their customers. Charges the customer outrageous amounts of money for service that is complete $hit!

I'm being charged double due to the switch and I can't talk to a service representative after several attempts. I had no complaints until bluegrass switched to Verizon. I will no longer be using bluegrass/Verizon.

I was at Bluegrass cellular in Russellville on Thursday at 1:30 pm to drop one of our seldom used cell phones and move the number to an iPad Air. The two gentlemen working that day went out of their way to help and accommodate me in getting this completed! I am 70 years old and not good with electronics of any sort. I could not have ask for better service from these two employees.I have had Bluegrass Cellular Service since 2004 and have been very satisfied with this cell phone company. I have never had any problem with service area and have always had good results with Bluegrass and any office visit I have made.I cannot say enough good things about the two gentlemen that helped me last week. 5 Star all the way.

I’ve been with bluegrass for 7 years for the last 5 it’s been great but recently they seem to always try to make me pay more then my bill I’ll pay my regular bill 2 days before and by a week my phones are cut off and go to bluegrass and they will say I still owe 100-200$ that they can’t explain why I owe it for this has happened for the last 4 months in a row. About to go to AT&T 🤷♂️

Kaylin in Russellville, KY was able to set up four phones for my family today. She was very efficient and really knows her job! Her customer service skills are absolutely over the top! I recommend Bluegrass to everyone.

They don't know what they are doing i boughimt a phone there after Thanksgiving at a great price. And had half off but they continued charging me full price. 3 years ago they kept on charging me for my phone after it was paid off when i went up there they told me it was my responsibility to keep up with it

Service was helpful and as fast as they could be considering the store environment. Store stock was low but it could be related to the time of year, and the amount of business the smaller store was doing. Overall, good experience.

Hand sanitizer at door empty. Staff slow- finally hope i resolved my issue but usually multiple attempts must be made. Issue supposedly fixed by phone twice already. Time will tell.
