The consumer is the top priority of these guys. Old school way of thinking - HELP EACH OTHER!! Other companies I had to call many, many times and never receive a call back. I would have ran out of propane last May. But, after talking to Jessie (he immediately responded), and when I ran out they were immediately there to help. Rickie made it a priority to deliver propane to my house around 5 o'clock. Top notch and caring people. My thanks and gratitude.

Have been using them for propane and not once have we been topped off. We have ran out 3 times, had double consumption from the last 2 times for some reason, and though we are on their route, haven’t been checked once without calling and saying we are dry. Likely going to go with a different company.

I have payed for $ 1,349 of propane fuel for just the 2017-2018 winter so far. I went in to pay my $464.00 fuel bill today at the brick and mortar location and I was told they do not accept credit cards for payment! I ask why, and he said they don't like to pay the cost associated with running my card. I then ask if he would rather I leave and not pay for my fuel and he said "No, I will do it this time but you have been warned!" This is ridiculous and to be treated like an idiot by the person who handeled my transaction. I will be looking for another company to deal with.

Maybe it's just me but I thought phone customers were supposed to be treated kindly also??? I called in about a product and the CSR lady treated me like dirt. Heck, I just wanted tp spend a couple hundred dollars with her!
