The ladies working there are very nice and very competent workers, but there is a guy that works there who apparently finds some people annoying for not being on time to pick up medication. Sorry but we have life to take care of and can't always show up on your schedule, I really wish we could but that's just not how life works

I have to say, this was one amazing encounter of the best bend over backwards customer service I’ve ever received! Nikki, was my associate who helped get a nightmare of a package sent out! The girl has hussle and was extremely pleasant to work with! She resolved all my issues with a smile and just kept diving in to figure out the resolve! You have one hell of an employee! Got 5 PCR COVID-19 tests done here the morning of Friday, 11/26. Called on Sunday, 11/28 and was told the tests were still sitting there because FedEx had not picked them up. No further reasoning given and no effort made to inform us about the delay beforehand or to expedite things in light of their error.
