Amazing Team. I drove 6 hours to pick up some materials and it was all so easy and organized thanks to Carla, my Sales rep. The staff in the office was amazing and welcomed me with big smiles. Richard, one of the Managers took the time to help me find the Exact Product I needed. He took the time to drive me to three different locations. His patience and sincerity were much appreciated. He even showed me how they manufacture chain link fence. Just an amazing experience. Thank you Team for a job well done.

Purchased a kennel from a hardware store that is labeled with this brand, the kennel was a problem from the first day we purchased it. Dogs easily push the wire up and get out. Very poor quality.

Stephens Pipe and Steel is by far the best place to get fencing materials for my company. Their product is always in great condition when it arrives and if there is even an issue they are quick to solve it. The sales rep I work with, Kyle, is the best sales person that I deal with on a daily basis. I can always rely on him for quick quotes and help when needed. Customer service seems difficult to find in the fence industry but this company wont let you down.

Unfortunately this could have been a very symbiotic relationship between our growing fence contracting company in Northwest Arkansas and SPS. We made a purchase of nearly $30,000 within a 2 month period from Stephens and during those discussions a $10,000 line of credit was contingent. After making the sale, our saleswoman left the company. Apparently, the company does not want to honor our agreement which is disappointing. Also, much of our merchandise was damaged and not placed on the flat semi trailer properly. Moreover, we were told the panels were manufactured in Texas yet they have "Made in Thailand" stamps on some of them. Not a huge deal but we are a veteran owned operation and we take pride in keeping our products and services local and within the United States. I wish that we could recommend them but with this many unsolved and unanswered problems we cannot.
