First time complaining, but not first time having problem. Horrible service. The young boys, (5) standing there today, gossip instead of loading people's cars. You arent allowed to go get your own product so I will be completely thrilled to welcome a Tractor Supply to Russell Springs, they have customer service even if prices are higher. I know I didnt purchase a whole lot, but hopefully more people complain about the problem.

As a delivering truck driver,they treated me very nice,friendly and polite,Logan,the young man in receiving is a nice man,I didn t ask about overnight parking,but it is probably ok after they close at 5 or six.Logan and the other gentleman unloaded a whole truckload,44,000 lbs in 30 minutes.As a driver,I would comeback again.

They seem to have forgotten that they were just a little mom and pop store. Really has gone to their head and I use to enjoy going there. I only go now because there isn't anything better that's local. Shame really!
