I got hustled by a cashier over a 25$ gift card. In my opinion they are having internal problems. this was sveral years ago staff and managment have changed. i would like to change my opinion at this point. i go shop there now no worries

What can really say about Dollar General? At least the staff is more helpful now. And the new freezers actually keep food frozen. Now if they would just hire someone to clean the floor real good.

I use this place as a convenient go to spot locally to where I live to pick up those out of stock items we run through at our home on a daily basis and I always find what I need and they always have a abundance of in stock items!!! Always competitive to big chain store price of same name brand items or cheaper. Very friendly staffing and knowledge of store's items and discount's available to help save money.

Convenience is the only positive thing I have to say about this dollar store.Isles are always packed full of items needing to be stocked. Employees change almost every day and are slow paced.

Depending on the time you go in this store, they could be busy &only have one cashier at that point if that's the case there will be a wait. They are usually pretty fast, store is pretty clean. They usually have stock carts in the isle.

We have been using this store since we moved to Rineyville several years ago. Back then it was a great commodity to have, but now I would much rather drive to town for whatever I need. Apparently they have trouble stocking; you usually can't get down half the aisles to what you need due to their stocking carts blocking everything. There are a couple employees that are friendly, but the others I am surprised are allowed to work in customer service.

Live near here. It's my "go to" quick grocery trip or when I need something and don't want to drive the 15 minutes in to town. Friendly hard working staff, always ready to help with a smile.

The employees r just awesome very friendly. I went in one day just to get some ciggs well I didn't have enough money the manger that rang me up got the money I was short out of his own pocket an paid for them for me.

Friendly workers great variety of products at a good value but often restock items are left in the middle of the isles making it difficult to navigate especially for a customer using a walker or wheelchair and long checkouts most of the time .

You all need to get more help what good does it do to make over the store if you don't have but one person in the store & you stand in line for 30 min or longer an fix the front doors please !!

Very clean business. For the most part items are priced appropriately. Staff here were great, displayed they actually liked their jobs , & were very friendly.

I feel like all dollar stores are a cluster but this one especially was. Couldn't even get to some items for all the boxes. Staff wasn't all that friendly either.

Will go to Etown to use their Dollar General. Rude employees, with a few exceptions. Aisles are usually blocked and it's hazardous trying to get through the store. They never have both lanes open even if the line is halfway down an aisle. And their stock doesn't compare to other DG's. Very disappointing.

This place is ok the staff is awesome an they always have food stuff but some stuff is a real hit or miss went for some last minute pullups had to get wrong size due to lack of availability

Usually a good place to shop the only thing I will say is it is a smaller store so therefore a smaller selection then most the other dollar stores I shop at.

Like most Dollar Generals, just a random mess of stuff. But, convenient for the neighborhood and usually has that random thing you need.
