This place is a joke.I call around 3:00 to see if the dog wash is open and fixed since it had been out of service due to a hot water heater for several months. Was told yes it was but it was being cleaned and will be back open at around 6 PM. I show up at 6:30 and was told that they close it 2 hours before the end of business so they can clean it, they close at 7:00...

Friendly staff. Usually neat and orderly. Little crowded at the apparel area but lots of good stuff. Always bring my dog. He is a local celebrity. Today at Tractor Supply he pee’d on my boot. Literally. I love coming here and getting my food or bones, treats, tools, a chicken. Dog bath station is really nice. Parking gets a little crazy. It’s a kind of congested area.

They have a new pet wash station. $10 a dog, they supply towels, cutting tools, and shampoo and conditioner There are two grooming and shampoo stations but their not decided by a wall. Definitely cheaper than other places.

Always a great experience. Friendly staff. And their clothes are great. Buy you a pair of Blue Mountain pants. Can't wear em out and they're super comfortable. Every guy in my family has switched to these. Great store, great people, and great prices.

Pet wash was not up to minimal tractor supply standards. One thread bare towel was provided. Station leaked and was shut down mid bath. Associate was rude 😑 and less than helpful! Not my usual tractor supply experience. My SD (service dog) loves tractor supply because y'all generally spoil him with love and cookies. This location the restroom I was directed to had a sign saying out of service 🤷🙄 (wasn't exactly sure why I was given directions to a restroom that wasn't functioning?)Entire experience was less than pleasant!Sadly it's the only location with a pet wash locally 😕 and my SD likes to be clean!

Bad customer service. Never felt so unwelcome. Went in to socialize my puppy and to get a toy. The lady at the cash register was very passive aggressive and rude. The fact that there are multiple “rude employees” reviews says a lot about the stores integrity.

Quality employees who will try and help you save but make the right decisions. Manger is very pleasant to deal with even when it's your own mistake. Have traveled to this location while living in other counties as I'd rather deal with them than some of the others so they have that going for them.

The pet wash was absolutely disgusting with hair and dirt everywhere. I would’ve expected it to have been cleaned after the last use. If i would’ve known i was going to have to clean it myself i would’ve just went elsewhere as that’s the whole point of paying to get a bath outside of the home.

I want to apologize to the folks at Tractor supply, I wrote a bad review about you all last week and it was supposed to be about Derby Tractor supply. Everyone at Tractor supply has been very professional and helpful every time I've used their store for my needs. Always nice and doesn't make you feel like you are wasting their time. I was able to find what I wanted, take it to checkout, pay & haul it to my car. That's the business model. If there were another place in my county with similar products & prices, I'd try it. Not a date destination.

Great people, good store, but lacking in a lot of parts, the tractor section was bare, as well as a lot of greases. Let's blame it on the supply chain, but the supply chain requires this to make and deliver a suppy!

Stopped by here on way home to Indiana from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We were looking for "Fresh Flock" chicken chopped straw that our IN store no longer has. This store did not have any in stocks, but Brian was able to assist my wife in ordering it through the computer in the store. Thank You Brian for your very friendly, helpful service. 🙂

Didn't ring up items correctly, had 9 people in line before adding a second cashier. Im not disappointed with the cashier who rang up wrong, but rather with the manager who allowed 9 people to build up before helping. That many people stresses you out and encourages you to go to fast, thus more defects per million. (Poor service) I counted 4 associates in the store thats only the ones I saw on the floor.

I am in the store so often I should buy stock. They've got the best prices on pet food, Kennels, good availability on industrial tools. For most people it probably wouldn't be an everyday place oh, but I'm not most people.

If you don't know the right way to go in you will get stuck like myself and every other truck driver that goes there. Don't try to go around building with a 53ft trailer, YOU WILL NOT MAKE IT. the best way in is from maine entrance, once you pull straight through and make it to back of building, turn left and straighten up then straight back down into doc. Trust me this is the best way.2 stars for the helpful receiver.
