We definitely need more places like this!! They are very accommodating, clean bays with all things needed to get your babies fixed up! Super friendly and attentive to all needs. Prices are great, especially when you get a guaranteed clean and sanitized area to keep your baby pups safe as well as looking great!Thank you for all you helped out with!!

as far as I know this is the only self service washing facility in Richmond. I love how everything is provided for you, first time visiting was very welcoming, my dog who doesn’t even like baths was even very chill more than I expected. the price is very reasonable as well, will definitely be back.

Went to Scrub a Pup for the 1st time today with our Kirby🐾 We had no idea what to expect, but had the BEST time giving our dog a bath. Kirby was such a a good boy, we will be bringing him back for more fun!! Thanks for such a a great place where my Boy 🐾 felt right at home

This place was great! Provided everything I needed to bathe my very filthy and shedding German Shepherd. Best part was I didn’t have to clean up after it make my own bathroom filthy!

I am back in the area after almost 10 years and I was very thrilled to find out that there was a private dog wash I could take my dog to. I was only afraid that they would ask us not to come back because my 130 lb Siberian service dog and I made a huge mess. Lol. Thank you so much and I want to apologize to the poor girl that had to clean up after us LOL

Had two dogs that I needed to give a bath asap due to us traveling on the road and tractor supply was closed and the only other self wash services were FAR away. This place went above and beyond with helping us give our dogs a self service bath and honestly I’m so glad I went here and discovered this place! They were so sweet and I felt at home. HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you guys for helping us keep our pups clean in the time of need! ❤️

Easy to use. Has bays/rooms with gates to keep dog secured in area. Tubs have easy access for larger dogs and are about waist hight for the average person making bathing your pet easier ( your not killing ur back ) friendly staff
