This was my second time taking my fur baby (puppy) to be groomed. The first time was good but the second time not so much. I was extremely disappointed with the service, wait time and professionalism (rudeness) and will not be going back.They will give you a time frame up to 2-2.5 hours and take 3.5-4 hours because they are taking all of the walk-ins even if you had a scheduled appointment. Which is what one of the staff told me because the walk ins take less time.Therefore why make appointments when you can just walk in to be seen and serviced sooner? I was told next time I could pay an extra fee to have express service for my pet to be seen sooner, but there will not be another time!!!!!! Dissatisfied customer.

Fast and easy shopping online and pick up after errands, After a long day I love that they bring it to your car. Sometimes that little time waiting for them to bring it to your car can give you second to rest your eyes and mind in a busy world.

Every single time I have called grooming dept for anything they have been the rudest people you will ever deal with!! I just adopted new baby. Called ask if could get in really quick just for toes clipped because know how the rest goes. It won't happen!!! She VERY RUDELY had to tell me YES that's a walk in BUT you better make sure you have that rabie proof or we will not touch them!! I was in no way tacky when speaking to them why do you all have to act like you come out from under rocks. It's been every time I have dealt with you. She immediately in a high pitched very angry voiced spoke to me almost insisting that my dog didn't have his shots and just don't bother. And that was all she said and good bye. My husband thinks because they are a high end corporation they can treat people however but I think it's just the opposite. The one in Richmond, the workers are super rude. Going into the store they are as well. Grooming dept very rude. And the prices are just to much. I've gone into TJ max and found nicer items at much better prices. I know it just depends on what your looking for but there are a lot of pet stores now. I honestly hope the one here gets shut down and Target opens in it's place

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Michelle as a trainer for my dog’s puppy class. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. My dog responds to her with almost immediate obedience and I’ve enjoyed learning from her as well!This is a very friendly and well stocked PetSmart

My family and I stopped in here because we were looking to adopt a kitten and give it a good home. We ended up agreeing to take 2, a brother and sister. After the crazy woman over the adoption read in the application that I wasn't willing to let them come to my house she said that we couldn't adopt the kittens because I wouldn't agree to that, I simply said to my family it's time for us to go. My kids were upset and it bothered me so I went back and filled the paperwork out again and this time I agreed to let them come by. She called and said we were approved so we went to pick up the new kittens . When we got there she recognized me and asked if I had cussed her out the last time I was there. I told her no that I just didn't agree and walked away. She then went to the back and got a manager to come and yell me that I couldn't adopt the kittens. Didn't ask for my input just said no. I will never be back to this place again for my animals needs or for adoption!

By far the WORSE grooming department. I've come here a couple of times and today will definitely be the last. You should retrain your groomers on how to speak to customers. Should have went to Hamburg where I usually take her.

They have a variety of pet items, it's not just for cats and dogs! The employees are very friendly and nice. I will be going here more often!!

The grooming department makes excuses why they can't do their jobs. First it was frozen pipes and that's understandable, but then they thought my dog hasn't been shaved before and couldn't do it, and then they tried to say she had kennel aggression anything to not do their jobs.

I walked in the store to get a fish and they said I couldn’t so I got someone that was over 18 to get it. After he got the fish and gave it to us we needed to get food for it. So we went in and asked for food. We asked the manager what it ate and she wouldn’t tell us or let us get anything for it to eat so we had to go all the way to a different store to get some. I do not recommend coming here.

Brooklyn did such an amazing job with Klaus! Anyone who has a German Shepherd or a dog who sheds a LOT knows a basic bath is great and all but doesn’t do much for the shedding. She went above and beyond to brush him and I could tell a huge difference in his fur. He was so soft and smelled so good. This was also the first time he had the Paw Butter or softener, but his paws felt so soft just like a puppy’s paws do! I definitely recommend Brooklyn and can’t wait to take Klaus back to her!

Took my dog to Petsmart in Richmond,Ky,he was in there 5 minutes l got a call to come pick him up,when i went in she said he tried to bite her,he has NEVER bited anyone,check with the lady who use to groom him said he never tried to bite,l call his vet she said they never had a problem out of him,took him next day to groomer she did a great job and guess what she said he did great ,l think someone was just to lazy the day l took him to Petsmart,he will never be taken there again,l will still buy his treats and food

Went here for grooming today and I am so happy with everything! I got the Groom + Top Dog Add-on Package. Thoven looks and smells wonderful! My groomer was Kyla and she was fantastic. I've attached before and after images!

This petsmart doesn't have dogs, but it does have dog training and adoptable cats!! The store is very well cleaned and organized, the staff is friendly and happy to help. Its always nice to see a friendly puppy come in and say hello!

After having two grooming appointments canceled by staff due to an employees inability to be at work, I reluctantly took my pet back to be groomed.When it was time for my pet to be groomed again, my appointment was canceled by staff once more because the same employee was unable to attend work.After arriving to my newly scheduled appointment, I was informed by the employee who was unable to keep my appointments in the past, that my pet needed to be vaccinated before they could groom him.I had informed them upon arriving for the first grooming that my pet had been vaccinated as much as his age would allow according to my veterinarian and was due back in October for another vaccination when he was 6 months old.Their failure to maintain my appointment the previous week when my pet was within PetSmarts vaccination requirements caused my appointment to be canceled again.I was never informed by any PetSmart staff that my pet needed to be vaccinated before they could be groomed after rescheduling my appointment.I will never take my pet to be groomed at PetSmart ever again, nor will I ever purchase anything from PetSmart.

After too many rude experiences in the Richmond Kentucky store, I won't be shopping there again. While the store manager has been helpful, his staff in the aquatics department is beyond rude. No one should be lectured by barely out of high school children. I've been raising fish since 1980. No fishkeeper needs to be gatekeeped by rude children. I'm gladly going to drive to Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati to avoid shopping in this store ever again. Quality and excellent customer service outweighs convenience.
