I appreciated the historical landmark artwork in the entrance to the store. I was not satisfied with the customer care experience. I wanted to try testing out a bike that I was interested in purchasing. I could not have that opportunity to do so because of being confronted by another worker that said I could not test ride the bike.

They new redesign sucks, stuff moved slightly around and sometimes doesn't make sense in where they put it. However the biggest complaint is the new shelving design....they stack tall water bottles and stuff to be held by a very short piece of plastic that when you grab a bottle you gotta slowly remove it otherwise the bottle behind it comes flying down and decking you in the head

I went to get a half gallon of ice cream. Wishful thinking came trueWas able to get a clearance ice cream of a name brand for only $4.00. paid with all coins. No long lines at 9:15 pm. Most satisfied now. Carb Smart tasted GREAT.

Nothing like having a tire tech cuss at you because he can’t install tires on time. Had an appointment at 5 pm today and he finally sauntered out at 515 saying if I needed service it wasn’t gonna happen today. I told him I had an appointment and he got all mad because he had to work. Then he started mumbling about not getting out until after 9 pm tonight like that’s my fault that they don’t have enough workers. Pay what an actual shop pays and maybe decent workers will show up. Until then, dude needs to learn not to cry about doing his job to customers. Tires are too expensive to have to buy and then hear someone complain the whole time.

The layout of this Walmart is weird after the remodel. Things feel scattered and I'm consulting the store map a lot. Why are chicken nuggets in the area labeled seafood, on a wall by themselves? It does look nice and clean though, and it's more stocked than most stores. I use self checkout so I can't comment on the staff.

I got my oil changed here and they removed my coolant cap forgetting to put it back on. The next day when I’m supposed to travel on the highway, my car started to overheat. Thank you for that. I have no idea why they would remove my coolant cap when doing an oil change. Are they trying to get more money out of me?

I've only given 3 stars as I was disappointed in the infant and toddler clothing section. I wanted UK/UL clothing for the little ones, but couldn't find any.

Don’t even bother with this dump in the shop. Even with an appointment they’ve skipped me a couple of times and been taking walk ins in front of me to the point I’ve had to reschedule and just end up canceling cause after an hour wait they still don’t know when it’s gonna be done and this is for just for an oil change. Don’t recommend this place at all, also the staff is rude so save your time and go somewhere else.

So I'm a 20 something who understands that too much is expected of customer service workers, but when you can't even put in the bare minimum is ridiculous. Woman of color with red braids what the one who scanned me through. Never said hi, never made eye contact. Half way through scanning my items she paused, started texting on her phone and left me standing there waiting to put my items back into the cart. Then once we were paying she starts talking to a coworker, talking about a customer she had before and how they were throwing stuff onto the convaier belt. I get complaining about customers, but it's so unprofessional to do that in front of other customers. Honestly we could've probably just walked away without paying and she wouldn't have noticed.Most of the staff in general are so detached from providing good service.The only good one was the lady monitoring the self checkout at that time.

I know I should have gone before today. However I found most everything I needed in a name brand which is more expensive but it was okay. I didn't leave without anything I wanted per se. It was a pleasant visit overall most people were friendly. Everybody was saying Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

I wanted to update my previous review as places can redeem themselves. They have done quite a bit of updates the last few months, and these improvements have really been appreciated. The grocery pick-up has been fantastic, and the employees that bring the orders out are awesome! I am not one to go into Walmart often, but the few times I have gone in to pick up some items, the shelves were well stocked, and the store was super clean! This place has improved in so many ways!

They won't even price match their own website. I often like to buy things when I need them. They used to match competitor prices. They ended it and were only matching their own online prices. Now, they told me they would match their own online price because the item online could be different from the one in store. That's bad business and a waste of my time. I don't mind waiting one/two days from competitor shipping.

I have previously purchased these Frozen crawfish out of the freezer section I have never seen this on seafood I’m always eating it is my favorite and pretty much my go to where I’m located but this is horrible It wasn’t just on the crawfish it was also on the snow crabs as well even after we have washed them repeatedly they were still there

Walmart is okay. I think the workers standing around. Need to do some work. Except ask you for your receipt. I didn't sign up for that. Only at Sam's do I have to show my receipt

They have all these workers standing up front but none of them check you out. I think prices should be reduced also since you are doing their work for the store you should get 15% off your purchase like the employees do.

Auto shop was horrible, waited 2 hours for mechanics to cancel my order due to headlights, that another mechanic helped me find for my vehicle, could not be installed. Then, at more of my inconvenience, I had to take the headlights to the service center myself to get a refund.

Went to Radcliff KY Walmart to get an oil change. They told me they were only taking appointments because they were short staffed, however their bay was totally empty! I believe I could’ve been serviced!

Found exactly what I was looking for, and took it home for $20. Well, $19.83 + tax. Shakespeare Tiger combo that I took home and outfitted with 200yds of 30lb Spiderwire. Add some 9/0 Eagle Claw hooks, and some bait.......

Mostly great experiences when I shop there; The one star deduction is for the machine in the picture. I used this thing for six months and my bicep never got bigger. Every time I put my arm in it, I felt super strong, but then I took my arm out and it was right back to being a wet noodle. Bummer!

Your customer service and money department need a attitude adjustment. I know people have bad days but it's every single time I come up there it's an inconvenience for me to pick up money. Standing around in circles why everybody's doing self check out. I want discount groceries for the work and bad attitude I deal with everytime I come there. eTown location is much friendly and I go 20 mins to that location instead of 2 mins to radcliffn stead of dealing with tyiur store. I don't feel wanted.

There's never enough employees to help tackle the lines of customers trying to check out. Especially during the holidays, much less during "normal" traffic.The parking availability for the disabled isn't sufficient for the amount needed.The pickup area for online orders has taken over a lane in the road next to their parking lot that provides entrance to the neighborhood next to it.

Extremely short of help, need to hire more associates (3 hr. wait for a 45 minute job.) Other then that I ENJOYED my visit toy favorite Wal Mart!!! 🤣👍🏻
