I was able to find everything I wanted that Kroger NEVER has in stock, but, since Walmart is eliminating cashiers, I do not shop there. I rated a 3 because I used the key copy machine and none of the 4 keys cut work!

Rico there was incredibly rude. Tried to look funny in front of his friends when we ask if they had any envelopes and then proceeds to tell us to go to aisle 13 which is just coffee instead of just telling us they don't carry any mailing envelopes.

Love Walmart, always have! This neighborhood walmart in Radcliff is very nice. Has everything you’ll need for a short stay in town! The staff and cashiers were super friendly and helpful! And of course the price is always great. It was walking distance from my hotel which is a big plus!Second and third time coming here! Love that the employees have not changed. Service is still great!!! And they have just what I need when I come in to shop!

It's conveniently close to my house, and they have a gas station across the street. I usually find everything I need. They also don't make a fuss if you park your motorcycle up next to the building away from the entrance.

It's like a regular Walmart but just a grocery store. They have everything that you can find in a Walmart, but they also carry many more things than are in the regular store. 4/28/24, we went in to grab a few things for dinner and I have come to realize that the employees who go through the store getting customers orders together are usually, more often than not, in your way.

If I could give it zero stars I would! It use to be such a nice store with friendly employees. But now.... They are always stocking, you can't find anything and if you ask for help you get treated like an idiot!!

Update: still smells like burnt chicken but seems to be staying more stocked with items.Place always smells like burned chicken. Not enough registers to check out. Has self check out but i don't work there so...Also it always packed and out of stock on many items.

Not as crowded as a super Wal mart but seems to be out of fresh fruit and vegetables a lot.Update 7 March 2017- still out of many fresh foods. Been in several times to get a rotisserie chicken after work and are always out. I get off work at 4pm. Does not carry the same almond milk as the Super Walmart. The only thing this place has going for it is that the place is not crowded like a super Walmart.

Fairly decent selection. Mostly polite staff. A good option when you need to get food, pet, paper or HBA supplies but don't want to deal with full size walmarts or Kroger.

Very helpful and kind. I had chest and lung surgery and emphysema. The cashiers noticed my breathing was labored and they did all my checking out for me then bagged and took my cart out to my car and loaded my groceries in the car. They have done this for me a few times when I needed the help. They are understanding when I was there late and didn't get upset that I didn't get checked out until after 11:00 pm. It's fast and convenient also.

This walmart neighborhood market could be a good place but unfortunately for the management and a team lead or two they make this place not worthy of 5 stars there almost always is an issue with money services at customer service its almost always down management is aware of the issue but has done nothing to resolve it stock rarely gets rotated as it should be oldest out front newest towards the back top stock rarely gets brought down to the shelves there are team leads who act like dictators or tyrants even plus so many other things wrong here in this store get rid of management and team leads in favor of people who will actually care and do what needs to be done and it might turn around and be a good store

The workers were pleasant and helpful, the wait for assistance at the self check out was too long.Not a critique of the employee at all; was sad to see several blinking red lights and only one person with a handset trying to help everyone as quickly as humanly possible.This location was better before it expanded.Stopped carrying items it always had before and replaced quality of service with quantity of self check outs.

Always great when I go to Walmart closer ,convenient and everyone is nice and helpful. I have a couple of favorites that work there lol I'm sure they know who they are😍Still loving Walmart its also fun especially when I get to go to the register with one of my favorite funny cashiers lol she's great so high spirited and feisty lol. Thanks girl I needed that today.

Great new renovations! I love how self check-out focused it is. My only complaint is the drink area uses an open air design so you can't get a cold drink anymore... they're like 50 degrees lol

I should start out by saying that I'm not a Walmart fan. Usually I've found their meat to be "mushy" and there's never enough cashiers. Yes, I'm aware that they're trying to save some money, and employees wages is the 1st way of controlling expenses towards additional profits. I don't care, I am not a Walmart employee.That being said ...Each time I've been there it's been clean & employees always seem to be stocking shelves. I did also notice that FIFO (1st in, 1st out - rotation of product) has been used by all that I've paid attention to. Produce is clean & fresh. There's a couple of items that I've found difficult to find at other groceries, yet this Neighborhood Grocery always seems to have them in stock. Another extremely nice gesture is whenever a customer ask if they have "such & such", first they look up the said item, and if they do carry it, instead of just saying what aisle it's in, they stop what they're doing and walk the customer to where it's located.Because of my disability, I always have my grocery bags packed light (I'm on a 10 lb limit). Each & every time whoever is bagging; offers to help me load them in my car for me ... without my having to ask for help.Perhaps it's where we live, a great training system, really good management, or all above, I dunno. But I for one do appreciate a store running correctly. But more importantly, the personal attention of which they give.

I visited the wine/spirits store for wine. I noticed a few bourbons I had not seen before. I asked the associate working there (Dawn) if she knew anything about them. She spent 20 minutes describing the provenance of every bourbon in the store, the area and the state! Her knowledge of the bourbon industry is impressive. Walmart is lucky to have her!

It's nice not having all the distractions, and chaos that the big Walmart has. I'm not sure what's going on in the dairy section, but we were still able to maneuver around d it and able to get all of our items. The only problem I had were some of the employees... there were 3 of them running around and getting in the way. They weren't being respectful of the customers.

Left a 4* review and response 3 years ago but they've made changes over the years and I needed to edit. They’ve added multiple self checkouts and I never have to wait anymore. Same great service and now a faster checkout experience! Below is my past review:The people there are always pleasant and nothing like the typical walmart personnel. However, they're typically short handed on the registers and you may have to wait a while if you have a red light at a self checkout.

last 3 visits to this store and none of them were a pleasant experience. all 3 visits consisted of an employee who was more interested in her personal phone than helping customers. gentleman next to me had a problem and got tired of waiting. left his cart and walked out. I was close to doing the same. shelves are looking pretty bleak, even items that clearly don't have an expiration date. can't find anyone to help.
