I'm stuck on Ace hardware here in Etown, KY. The staff are terrific. They greet you and ask if you need help as soon as you walk in. I go there because the store can provide all my housing, gardening and even pet products. If they don't have it, they find it or order it for me. Great well establish company with an awesum informative staff. Friendly too.

The experience and helpful nature of the employees is great! The prices are a little higher than some other stores though. If you know exactly what you need you can possibly get it cheaper from a larger store, but if you're starting a project and are unsure what you need, these guys will be able to give you great advice/guidance on what you need. They're very friendly as well! My experiences have been great regardless that's why I give it a 5 start rating.

I don’t come here often but when I do, the staff is super friendly and eager to help. At times, even two people walk me towards the aisle I need help with. Just awesome all around!

Everyone is very friendly, but I dropped off my trimmer and it’s been a week with no word. When I called 4 days later they said they’d get to it as soon as they can and will call. I’ll probably pick it up in another day or two if no word.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are honest and truly do their best to help without pressuring you to buy things you really don't need to make a buck. I walked in looking for a spark plug and an air filter and because of their help was out in 5 minutes! All my hardware business will be done through them from this point on!

I went in for 1 item and from a picture off my phone, was given exactly what I needed in under 30 seconds. Even explained what I needed to do to make the glass door secured from these strong winds.Upon checkout I found gifts for my 2 grandkids, brother, sis, best friend and secret Santa that are so unique I know they will be truly enjoyed!There is so much knowledge they have about all kinds of projects and the people there enjoy helping you and love to hear your details to give you the best product at a great price in quick time. Time is precious to me and I don't want to spend a hour or 4 looking for 1 item. Love this place!

I was ok with the astronomically high prices here. I would make an occasional joke about financing but the last time I went in I was treated pretty rudely. I understand it was 20 min before closing (I know that because it was angrily mentioned as I walked by). I went ahead and grabbed the things I needed (two furniture casters and two nuts) and went to the register. When I heard my total I was beside myself. 20 and some change. I made my little joke about taking out a loan and was told if I didn't like the price I could go somewhere else. I took that as a joke at first but the more I thought about it the more I thought that this was no way to talk to your customers as I am also in the business of customer service. Now mind you, I'm just a tattoo artist but I see and talk to hundreds of people in a week and sometimes I get irritated but I never talk to my customers about going elsewhere joking or not. Needless to say in the future I will take my business elsewhere like to Walmart where those furniture casters are 2 dollars a piece.

Friendly staff all of whom are knowledgeable about the store. To answer a question yes they have canning jars in paint and quart size both regular and large mouth opening.

Staff always knowledgeable, quick to ask about your project. In fact I don't think you can get in and out of the store without them knowing what your project is. Good prices and if you don't have time to shop its the perfect hometown hardware store.

Very helpful service people, only store around with decent selection of chrome hardware bolts, spacers, nuts and more for street rods. cheaper than online prices. Spent upwards of $2,000 slowly changing out stainless hardware 2 stars due to a rude manager there telling me not to buy different sizes and return the ones that don't fit. Restoring old cars can be a pain and two years of going here i guess he got feed up. Coxs in Brandenburg carries the same chrome now. No more Radcliff true value for me. You will have a good experance with customer service just not managment. I think his name was Bob or Rob threw the bolts away i brought back making a big seen and said to give me the money for my trash. I told him keep my money because that was the last he would see.
