Wonderful place with great employees! I had to board my boy Nelson for a few days. I was so relieved to find this place. Nelson had lots of fun playing with the other dogs. He'll be back for a day of play very soon! Thanks to all of you for taking care of my baby!!!

****ALERT, your dog might have too much fun :)**** We left the Scooter dog over the weekend and when we picked him up it seemed he wasn't too excited to come home with us. I think he must have had too much fun and the Playful Paws Peeps took super good care of him. Thanks guys for having a safe and enjoyable environment for our pup.

I’m giving this place one star because i felt played out of my money. I had my dog stay for boarding which wasn’t bad. For the price and condition of the facility it was fare pricing but I’m more so annoyed that they allow ppl to offer dog training thats not worth it. My pup was there for three weeks and she came back not knowing anything i was told she would learn or had learn. This ain’t my first dog so its fairly easy to tell when your dog hasn’t picked up on something. I mean as simple as sit or stay wasn’t achieved. I think the training that is advertised should be looked at because your taking money and not producing anything from it.

In my honest opinion, this place isn't the same anymore since going under new management. I had to immediately remove my dog due to being overpriced w/o being given an itemized receipt to better understand the charges for boarding & etc charges(which should happen automatically). Then, my dog wasn't bathed..he was just sent out very wet & shaggy w/his underbody bone dry. A simple re-scheduling would've sufficed for his bath instead of just an apology and thats it. Took talking to the new owner to attempt to get anything done! I had to go through too many hoops to get something somewhat addressed. Management on site should've been able to better assist then what they actually did. I felt brushed off and cheated out of my money!!

I went to view the facility to possibly have them board my dog. A lil pricey yet just like daycare, so much to do for a dog at least. They had have many add ons to the dog stay to feel better being left while mom dad are away. Nice staff.

My baby (Mayah) has been going here since 2021. They are a good company and always has my baby’s best interest. Every-time we pull up into the parking lot she gets so excited and immediately recognizes where she is.

I trust them with my dog when he is not with me. Training, grooming, daycare, boarding, whatever you need they can deliver! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It’s a clean safe environment for your furry friend. I can’t say enough good about Playful Paws and the folks there, I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I recently boarded my 1 year old (Luna), I never boarded any of my dogs before. I met Brittany about a year ago, she assured me Playfull Paws was the best place for Luna. Well she was right, as soon as we arrived the staff was so welcoming. Brittney greeted us an walked us through an Luna loved it. Also want to thank the fantastic groomer!!! This place is great. Have had my Black Shepard there several times and he has been well taken care of each time. I had an emergency and needed to board Vader and they were ready to take him in right away. I’ve always had peace of mind that he was well taken care of there. Great friendly staff and they seem to treat my dog as well as I do. Thanks staff job well done so far👍🏾.

Our dogs absolutely love the staff & playtime with the other dogs! Great socialization for the puppy as well! I never feel bad leaving them & they’re so happy when I pick them up. 100% recommend if you ever need daycare/boarding.

Wonderful staff that we can tell our dog loves, very reasonable prices, and they work well with our fur baby. Makes our hearts feel much better having him and working full time jobs with his severe separation anxiety. Cant say enough good things about them.

We had our little Goldendoodle groomed and they were fantastic! The service was very professional and our pup not only looked great but seemed very happy there.We will definitely will be a returning customer!

Our son has Am. Mini. Bullies. First time nails clip & the lady did a Great job. She made him feel comfortable from the start that all he wanted to do was give her kisses. No anxiety. The other one will be visiting there shortly.

This place is great. My dog loves it but there customer service needs work. I understand they close for a certain time for the dogs but they need a receptionist to be available during that time. I called SEVERAL times without an answer. And someone who is needing to speak to someone about my pet. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. All they need is extra help for those hours during the “pet time”

I love this place! My dogs have the best time. The staff takes get care of dog kids. They also work on manners, so my kids are so much better about sitting, staying, and not jumping up on people.

I showed up one day asking questions with a new puppy and the trainer Alison I believe it was came out and spoke with me very friendly down to earth. I had also did a half day daycare because of the rain and the puppy learned alot in that short period. I'm hoping to take the puppy class to socialize the puppy some more and work on more commands and keep me accountable 😂

I have absolutely loved working here the staff is so friendly and they definitely care about there job and love it. They treat you like family and doesn’t even feel like work I only worked here for a few months but I definitely made life time friends and I will miss all my fur babies!
