This location is so cute! I have not had any issues finding what we need and are usually in and out pretty fast. It is a very clean, well stocked store, and the associates have always been pleasant to interact with. There is one entrance, so make sure you pay attention when you are coming in off of the main road.

Has the CUTEST ball pythons. Wish they'd do a new opening sale though.. unfortunately I'll have to buy from an online breeder until these pet stores realize ball pythons aren't $200 unless you got some super special morph... but I digress. Still five stars.

All the girls that work here have been helpful and friendly. They have no problem price matching other retailers. Some of their prices at this location are cheaper than their corporate website. I have purchased live fish and plants from them, as well as a tank set up. Just stopped by and the chicks are in! All on sale and looking healthy.

Every experience I've had at this Petco has been positive. I go in about every two weeks. We bought our ball python there, and she's healthy, happy and so sweet and docile. I've had one item to return because it malfunctioned, and I had no issue returning it. All the staff have been very friendly with me. It's so nice to have a pet store so close to my home.

Perfect visit. Found everything I needed and the girl who helped us had superior knowledge of inventory, Petco plans for customers, and the patience of Job! Sure hope you know what a jewel you have working for you. We were there at the Radcliff location, on Wednesday, March 13th, around 10 a.m. and unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was doing it all. Answering the phone, answering all our questions, finding items for us and checking us out. Amazing.

I was so happy when PetCo opened for business.I had recently got a dog and was interested in grooming.I had a appointment for every 4 weeks.My son took her in Sat.April 22 when he went back to get her the groomer told him she would have to charge him more money cause my dog was to vocal. Lost a customer on the spot.

Your staff is offensive. Highly opinionated on food/treat purchases and training dogs. Very very rude. I have dealt with this a number of times and stopped ordering online due to the nastiness on making me feel like my purchases were not good enough for my dogs. I went in this time thinking i would not have to deal with their judgement and wham there it was at checkout 2 women thinking they know more about raising my dog than I do. I am not going back to this store I will drive into town to a store I don’t get made to feel like a terrible dog owner.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Petco in Radcliff Kentucky! We were pleased to be able to work with Elliot. He is very knowledgeable and personable he’s great at his job. He had an answer for every question I had. Zenith check is out and she was very friendly and made sure we got the best deals. I highly recommend this store.

I take our fur babies here to get their nails trimmed. They always are friendly and take good care of our fur babies. Right now, they have a huge clearance on holiday toys and clothing for you fur babies. You should drop in and check them out

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the workers told my niece to stop running in the store when she wasn’t even running. I wasn’t aware of it until we left the store. I will not be returning here! I will go to pet store or any other store. It is not an employees place to be telling my niece to stop running in a store, it is a guardian or parent of the child. So ridiculous!

Large dogs shouldn't be groomed here because they don't have the equipment needed to wash them (high water pressure). Their water pressure isn't very high, an employee informed me. Until they figure out a method to get out of bathing them entirely, they will instead give you the runaround. I've never have any problems with etown PetSmart.

I liked the style of this new stand alone Petco. It is not part of a strip mall like some others. It was neat to look around and see the chicks while picking up some dog foo

I visited the store to get some dog food and found what I needed right away. I took it to the counter to check out and no one was there. I waited about 3 minutes and decided to find someone. There were serval customers in the store and I could not find an associate anywhere. I had to ask another costumer if they had seen any employees. The other customer pointed me in the direction I needed to go, and I found 4 employees in the back just talking. I stood there for a few seconds expecting one of them to acknowledge me and I finally spoke up asking if one of them could check me out because I’ve been waiting. With an eye roll and some unnecessary attitude, some young girl walked to the front with me so I could pay for my purchase.The entire experience was unprofessional and I don’t know if I’ll be returning to the store. If I have to drive 15 miles out of the way to Etown to a pet store I’ll do it rather than deal with that again.Besides, who leaves from counter unmonitored so anyone can just walk out with items without paying, plus the cash register was not monitored.Do better Petco!

The self service doggy wash station is great. I really shouldn't call it self service though because Sara was so helpful. She was so nice and helped us get the dog in and work the equipment. I really appreciated how great she was with my baby.

This is a really nice store with lots of different pet related items. They have ferrets, for sale, and different types of lizards, snakes and fish. They also have little areas where you can wash your dog.

I decided to go in and try to find new food for my cats and dogs. Zenith was so so so so helpful and such a delightful attitude. Answered any questions I may have and made sure I understood the info I was given. Zenith also took the initiative to come help me after I sat staring at the different foods for 10 minutes because I was so clueless. Best experience I ever had in a pet store!

Old Karen refused to let us buy fish told us 10 gal was to small for a goldfish when people put them put in “GOLDFISH” bowls all the time in which is 3x times smaller than our tank plus gave us attitude when trying to explain her idiocy to us

I like that they have all my different cat foods in stock and at the same price as Wal-Mart Market. I will only be using Petco for all of my cat's needs from here on out.

Radcliff has a great pet store now thanks to Petco. The staff if great, its a beautiful store, and you can tell the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They really care about your pets, as members of your family, and using the app is great as well. Thanks for coming to Radcliff, we have shopped there several times already and will be in often. I cannot recommend this location more.
