Staff was very friendly, attentive, and were able to get my cat in quickly. Dr. Howell was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to the issues and ask questions to make sure we did everything necessary but without running up a huge bill. Would recommend!

Absolutely without a doubt the absolute positive experience I have ever had. The veterinarian and all of her staff are the most caring people I have ever met. I have never reviewed anyone before this but the friendly caring and positive nature of everyone there prompted me to post this review . If you have a pet go to North Hardin Vet clinic for any and all of your pets needs.

Love this office. The doctors seem to really care about my dog, and appointments are easy to make. Usually go to Radcliff location, but Etown location is great as well. Switched from the vet office in Radcliff across the street from this Radcliff location, and have been very happy here. Recommend to couple of relatives, who now go here as well.

The North Hardin Veterinary Clinic is great. The staff and doctors are caring and have been so great with my dog. They offer a great range of services and their pricing is very affordable. I will definitely continue to bring my pet here.

I was a customer since 2011. Both my dogs Rio and Yumi were their long term customers until death. They are VERY over priced with terrible customer service. I have seen their customer service went down the hill as the years went by, especially since Claire retired. Their medications are over priced. They over charged me on my Paw plans with NO explanation. I left numerous messages for a return call but they were ALWAYS busy. They sent a "text" to my house phone to ask me for more money! Their manager Monica was rude and insensitive. She offered no sympathy on my dog's passing and demanded me for more money without explaining what it was for. She said she would send me to collections if I dont pay her.My Yumi passed away on 25 December, no sympathy card from them. My Yumi was a patient there for 9.5 years! I've since received sympathy cards and flowers from Metropolitan Vet in Louisville and Chewy. Helmwood is all about money! Very disappointed especially after being a loyal customer for over a decade! DO NOT bring your pets there!

North Hardin Vet Clinic sees all five of my babies and they’re always great. Most recently we took in a stray and they checked her out for us on short notice when they were super busy. My husband even slept through the appointment and they accommodated us anyway. We’re so grateful they were able to see Poppy immediately so we could make sure she was healthy and safe to join our family. Thanks team!!

Everyone in the office is so kind! They were super amazing with my new adopted fur baby and helped a lot with my anxiety of taking her to the vet for the first time. Will definitely be going back with my others! Callie and I thank you for being so sweet to us!

Hands down the best vet around. I don’t remember the vets name but she was amazing with my hamster that got sick and was so kind when we mutually decided it was time to put him down. Because of her knowledge as well as kindness and compassion, I decided to bring my kittens to this office as well. Thank you for everything with my hamster and kittens! Will be back.

I was very pleased with this vet clinic. I’m not from around the area, I’ve only lived here for a couple years. I needed to get my baby in quick to get some things looked at and get him some help. I called them in the evening and the next day was able to come in. I was checked in pretty quick, and within a few mins they called us back. They were very friendly with my little man, he’s a Pit so I was satisfied with the way they treated him. It felt like no time went by when the dr came in. She checked Kobe out, anns all my questions efficiently, according to the issues I had discussed, and gave us our meds and got us on our way. Overall pleased with my experience and will be going back to take my tea cup chi. I would recommend them to anyone needing pet care!

THE best veterinarian clinic in this area. We always get a detailed consultation from our vet after our babies have been seen. They send out reminders of up coming tests and /or shots needed. That way I don't have to keep track. They love my babies almost as much as I do. A great loving and caring staff.

My tabby was in good hands with the staff of N. Hardin Vet. My cat is very nervous around strangers and Dr. Livesay was very gentle and kind in her handling of him, as well as her assistant. Every person I spoke with was an attentive listener and did a great job explaining any procedures or practices. I feel comfortable bringing all of my pets back for repeat visits.

I absolutely do not recommend this vet. Our appointment was for 4:15. We were finally seen at 6. The vet was rough and suggested several tests without stating any prices. She did supposedly lab work in office but would not supply any written lab results. I was charged for everything including "venipuncture, urine collection fee, hazardous waste disposal" on top of the several in house labs. To this day I've requested those labs 4 times for my regular vet and they be not produced them. I was told the dr would call with the urine results in 10-14 days. It's been nearly a month and I paid %83.25 just for that one test.

Was not happy about having to wait outside for my new kittens first exam but absolutely no complaints regarding the service that my kittens were given. The vet seemed to have been thorough, helpful and informative with the exam and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am also thankful for them staying open late on Tuesdays because of my work hours, it’s difficult for me to get away. I definitely recommend this clinic.

My cat developed an eye infection and my normal vet didn't have any openings that day so I looked on Google and called the closest vet, North Hardin. They had an opening later that same day! The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because I had to wait about 40 minutes to be seen (they were busy and if one pet owner is late then those after that appointment are too). I'm so glad I came here because it turns out my cat had a fever & infection. The staff are great and Dr. Reed (not sure if this is how she spells it) are very kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They truly care about our pets. I was able to get my cat treated, blood work done, and received medication. Worth every penny because my cat is already feeling better and her eye infection is clearing up and this is just the day after!

I trust the staff at North Hardin with my dogs because they care and know what they are doing. Each diagnosis and treatment has been spot on. They treat my dogs with affection and my dogs have never hesitated to walk in the building. That's says it all for me. If my dogs like them, they ARE good!

I discovered this clinic after my usual vet couldn't see my sick cat for another week. They squeezed us in despite not having an appointment. From my first phone call to paying the bill, the entire staff was remarkably friendly. The vet explained everything clearly and was upfront about treatment options and costs. They saved our Scratchy for a reasonable price and we are forever grateful for their care!!

I am literally in love with the veterinarian clinic! 😍 I will NEVER take my babies any where else. They were unsure if my baby would make it due to her conditions and they immediately took her in, no questions asked! Dr. Howell is AMAZING, she called everyday, TWICE a day even on the weekend while my baby was in the hospital. She always gave us very detailed reports on how my baby was doing and very knowledgeable about how to treat her. I am so grateful for their services!
