I would give zero stars if I could. When i picked my dog up from his grooming, we got in the car and he was squinting his eyes. When we got home i noticed he would barely open his eyes and they were starting to have yellow crust around them. By the next morning, his eyes were crusted completely shut and he couldn’t open his eyes at all. I took him to the vet and spent loads of money to get him antibiotics and eye drops. The vet informed me that at his grooming they got something in his eyes and they became infected. I called Karen’s pampered pets after i left the vet to explain what happened and that i wasn’t pleased and she basically said that they would never do anything like that and that they are very careful and use tear free products. Was VERY rude. Moral of the story, my dogs eyes were infected because they got products in his eyes and they showed no sympathy or care.

Miss Karen owns and runs this place and she is exceptional in all the work that she does she does a very very wonderful job with my Shih Tzu and perfect every time never a problem always on time always works with me on scheduling and like I said you know $40 for a haircut with bath Clipper nails and feed it she's awesome that's all I can say. You would never need another pet groomer outside of her.

Be very cautious of this place. They did a pretty good job on the coat trim but they cut my poor baby's nail too far back and she hasn't stopped bleeding since she left them yesterday. I took her back this morning so the lady could apply some powder over it and she just kept reiterating that the groomer has never done anything like this before as if I'm telling a lie. Well I'd like to show the groomer the blood all over my car and carpets here at home. So on that note, if you dont want to clean blood stains out of your carpets all day long, I suggest you book with another place.

I was really upset at the way I was treated today. My dog was being boarded but he also needed a touch up. I went there early because I was in the area just to see if he was ready. Well the groomer handed me Snuggles and told me she would not groom him anymore. Even though I told her I was just in the area and didnt mind coming back. She was so hateful. Snuggles is better off bot going there anymore. Wanted to talk to the owner but she refused to give me info. All is good I found a much better place

This groomer is absolutely wonderful. The main girl is extremely knowledgeable about dog breeds, treated my dog like it was her own, was very professional, and charged a very fair rate. They are cheaper than most dog groomers in the area and the haircuts are always quality. I highly recommend Karen's pampered pets. Thank you again for the wonderful service!

My dog Rosie went for her first appointment and I was so pleased! Rosie is a bully and about 70 pounds. The owner is so nice, does a great job, and is very fairly prices! She is now our go to for all grooming needs!

I called and she was able to get me in last minute. The groomer was very cordial and professional. In one hour she was able to get my Schnauzer washed and cut in Excellent fashion. She also informed me that 1 hour cuts are NOT the norm, but she did it anyway and my schnauzer's cut came out awesome. I would definitely recommend.

My mother-in-law has been bring her pets here for years, and now I totally understand why. Weather your bring bring them here for boarding or just grooming I will never take me pets anywhere else. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and the most important part for me anyway is my fur babies love going.

I honestly wish I could give no stars. This place is VERY unprofessional. I called and scheduled an appointment at NOON for my dog to have a bath and get her nails clipped. Not even TWO HOURS before my appointment she calls me and cancels my appointment because someone else brought an extra dog. Told me she could push my appointment forward. Should of told the other person to bring the other dog back at the later time. After I read other reviews very glad I didn't trust a very horrible person to groom my dog.

I set up an appointment yesterday for my dogs to come in and get it done by 3 PM. The grooming salon was it in yesterday and all they had was their boarding people. The boarding person set me up for an appointment for today. My mother took my dog and her dog to the groomer and come to find out that they never had an appointment made for the dogs. Why in the world would you allow somebody to make an appointment if they don’t know what they’re doing. I missed out on making an appointment for my dog for today at a different place. It’s just really upsetting because my dog really needs to get groomed. And they did not make any accommodations whatsoever for their staffs mistakes. I was also told that they can’t do anything about it because the person you talk to me was an owner. They just lost my business. If the boss is going to make appointments they need to follow through with the appointment regardless of the situation.

I have brought my dogs to them since 2001. Both for grooming and boarding. They have always been so good and kind to me and my pups. Even though we have moved out of state, if I know I am going to be in town, I would still call them.

Highly recommend for boarding (& Grooming), David is our very own dog whisper for Buck and Jeff... the daily pricing is more than reasonable with baths included😲😊...we are so thankful for the expert care our pups 🐶 get when we have to travel without them.

Misty is the best groomer! I have had dogs for over 20 years and have never had a more competent groomer! She loves my dogs and treats them as her own for babies not just a job.

Have always taken my miniature pincher for grooming never had a problem till today! Made appointment for 9am drop my girl off something didn’t feel right! Went to truck called husband he assured me everything would be OK! Then the lady comes out and tells me I can leave she will call.. I left 2 hrs later no word I go back and they just put her in the bath! My girl was in the cage 2 hrs for what reason??? When I had an appointment!! I asked groomer if there was a problem she said not with your dog but another dog, so I asked how much longer and she said 20 minutes! I Said I’m not happy I made an appointment not for my dog to sit in the cage for two hours, she said take it up with the owner! Ok I went to my truck! The owner came out and approached me and told me my dog was a aggressive! And the last person doing dogs was much faster bc she was on meth I said I really don’t care about your previous workers And the groomer just told me my dog was perfectly fine it was another dog that was aggressive! Right then and there I wanted my dog. I walked inside asked for guy to put my girl down asked how much I owe I payed and said I will not be back! The owner then turned to me and said we don’t need customers like you anyway! I get home my dogs ears smell her nails have been cut horribly wrong the back paw is bleeding so bad I had to apply pressure to get it to stop bleeding.. this was not a professional setting I was not happy and my dog is 12lbs and has never been aggressive! And if it was so aggressive that She needed to sit in a cage for two hours why didn’t someone call me! The owner was lying right to my face... please think before you drop your animals off here !!! #SPEAKFORANIMALS

We take Happy & Willie once a month for baths, hair grooming & nail trimming.Our dog's are always taken care of as if the lady's where tending their own animals.Happy & Willie usually don't care for baths, but love going for a ride and get really excited when we arrive at their store front.

I’m not sure if this is normal or not, my family usually cuts our dog’s hair ourselves, but when I tried to sit and wait for my dog to get groomed I was asked to leave. So I am currently waiting in my car outside. They claimed when dogs see their owners sometimes they get hard to handle.. which I guess I understand, but I didn’t get a good vibe from this place at all. When I first walked in the place wreaked of cigarettes, and at some point a man had a lit cigarette in his mouth right next to the dogs?!!?! And the place looked dirty, the people looked trashy.. I’ve just seen too many stories online of groomers mistreating dogs to be trusting any old place with my pupper! I won’t be coming back, no matter how good his cut turns out!

I dont really know how to rate this review since my dog never got in. I just got here from Germany and my girl really needed maintenance.I made an appt for 0900 for my large dog to get everything done. I went to drop her off and at first I got lost and ended up in the trailer park behind the place. Which made me a few minutes late. I get in and there was a "list" of dogs to be seen and in the cages. I was grateful she took out a panel to make a cage larger for my dog but I said I would pick her up as soon she was ready. 2 hours later I get a call that it was a "no go" and my dog snapped at the lady and the owner (who I never saw either times I went in) both. My dog has never had a problem in the last 2 years getting groomed. My curiosity is maybe because she was in a cage, waiting, for 2 hours or if they somehow hurt her. We will never know. But when I showed up to pick up my 65lb dog the middle panel was up and she was in literally half the size cage.Note: As for the lady, she was very nice and seemed to know her dog breeds. (She said maybe she snapped because she is part AustraIian shepard and are terriorial) I think they are better equipped for smaller dogs. Also, coming from Germany they are VERY dog friendly and she was never in a cage there so she might be spoiled with that.

Tells me I have to have an appointment. Make an appointment. Then tries to reschedule last minute for hours after I scheduled. All because another person brought an extra dog. Refused to honor the appointment time she originally scheduled. Very unprofessional. Do not go here.

Last week I made an appt for tuesday of this week and when I made the appt no one asked me when I would be picking my dog up on that day or what time they opened. so I went there on my way to work at 8:00 am. Well they don't open their door until exactly 9 sharp!! so I waited for almost an hour and then when I started to check in she asked when I would be picking up and I said after work and she said she wished she had known that, and I asked what made the difference and she got all HUFFY and said I could leave because I was being RUDE because I asked a question about something I didn't know anything about. So I left after wasting an hour waiting and then had to take my dog back home which was another half hour. What ever happened to the customer being right!! I also remember the last time I took my dog there he had powder in his ears and when my Vet saw that she said that was not a good practice!! needless to say I will NEVER call that place again for an appt.

I used to take my animals there, but a new person answered the phone and proceeded to slander the last groomer who did excellent work was fast, and treated my dog wonderful. Haven't found another groomer as good as Toni was. Where are you Toni????

This place was great when Misty was working here. Once she left the place went downhill. I wont be taking my animals here and wont recomend any of my friends/family to either. Misty where are you at girl?
