They have about everything you need but the prices are a little higher than other stores. They even have a decent selection of guns and ammo but there is NEVER anyone in that section to help you out. You have to track someone down to help you. When you do get someone back there, they generally have no idea about guns or ammo. They have you point to what you want and they hand it to you. But an upside, they are Veteran friendly, just Tuesdays.

The best farm store in Radcliffe in my opinion. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They have almost anything you think of for your home and farm. Womens wrangler shirts, carhartt shoes and burlap bags, and chicken feed, oyster shells , and everything in between

Horrible as hell can't stand the manager up front on 4 separate occasions I miss orchelens so I'm sending all my new buisness to rural king after I bought trailers and hay and stuff for my love stock they couldn't even find out how much a Milwaukee trailer was they had on a lot for two months

You can find the same product for a dollar cheaper at other stores. Also what made me leave the store without buying anything the last item I looked at was $2.01. Really .01

I like Orschelin in general and often shoot here as they have several things I like for pets and gardening. Last week I wanted to buy some plastic shelving for my garage. The size I wanted was on display and one larger. But the boxed shelves were a different size so I went up front and asked the cashier. She said I would need to get the # off the box so I went back and took a photo of the sky number so she could look up the price. There were no more of the display size avalable so I decided to buy the bigger one which was $20 more. She said that size might be in the next truck but that didn't really help me right now. I then went back and brought the shelving to the registers ...not easy as it was large and difficult to get in a basket. There was a different cashier now. After asking me if I'm military I offered that I'm not but what about senior discount she said, no, that's Wednesday. Then she handed me my receipt and pointed to the bottom where I could do a survey online. She said, "if you don't know how maybe you can get someone to help you.". 😂. I guess she was suggesting that I'm too old to know how to get on the internet. I'm more than capable.. I'm not sure how often I'll shop here in future due to this overall experience. Hope this is helpful to encourage better customer service. You're welcome

This place is like the best of Rural King and Tractor Supply combined! It's neat and orderly, had a great selection and good prices. We were having trouble finding an 8' stock tank and the ones we were finding we're over $500. Found one in stock there for $349! Staff was extremely helpful also. Looking forward to going back and just look around!

Very great store while being there for my first visit. They have a wonderful firearms selection and very reasonable on prices for being new, as well as they're ammunition. I'll be going on a weekly basis for sure, that's how impressed I am with this store! Keep up the great work y'all do over there!

I avoid this store at all costs! Waiting 20 to 30 minutes in the checkout line is absolutely ridiculous! They are NEVER able to give me our tax exempt status. I contacted the manager, Ashley, and received an email full of excuses. Their loss, as we purchase feed, supplements and other animal supplies for 120 farm animals each month. Their competitors have our business. Just not worth the headache of trying to shop there.

Great farm and home store with a better selection than Rural King and TSC. They're also the only one that offers a military discount. They no longer carry firearms and their selection of gun safes has been significantly reduced. This may be as a result of their pending change in 2022 as I believe Tractor Supply Co. has bought them and the store will be changing this year.

Great place to shop for common farm, yard and home items. Very friendly staff. Today they are offering 5 dollars off to sign up for rewards card which gives discount on select items and customer loyalty. I go there for pet food and repair materials.

The customer service at this location is awful. We walk into the store and get absolutely no help. We have been there three times to look with cash on hand at safes. No one assisted us, even after walking past us. Matter of fact they stood at an isle near, almost in attempt to see if we were stealing... a 600 pound safe people, really? Needless to say I will not spend my money there. They really need to work on providing customer service to people of all ethnicities.

A few things I love about this place! 1. The staff is friendly and always willing to help me out finding things! 2. They have a wide variety of outdoor and farm focused items! 3. If you don't like crowds, this is far less crowded from places like Rural King! 4. Because of everything above, it's a quick trip in and out! 5. If I can get what I need from here instead of Walmart,... I always go here! 6. If I'm not sure, I call ahead to make sure they have what I need and because of #1 I get my answers and keep coming back!

First, apparently I can't pronounce this quite right to save my life! They are absolutely the cheapest for good chicken feed that I found. They have all sorts of items, a good equine section. Today they had chicks and ducklings for sale as well. It's always clean and organized. The staff is friendly, though they have everything ready to lock up 5 minutes before closing time. I love this place and typically will go out of my way to shop there.

I personally love going here. It is not as well known as Rural King, and now Mernard's in the Etown, Radcliff, and surrounding areas, so it is not as crowded. They are smaller than the two stores mentioned above, but still have great stock.They basically combined a tractor/farm supply, pet, automotive, tools,sporting, and clothing store in a neat, organizedfacility.The employees are always helpful and pleasant and I have never come across a line longer than two people ahead of me at checkout. Parking is ample, and they seem to cater to military, both active duty and retired.I believe it is an asset in our community.

Fantastic farm/ garden store! They have everything from boots and clothing to food to live chicks. The outside does give a bit of a "closed for business" type of vibe, but they are very much open and worth checking out if you haven't already! I have bought numerous things here from chicken supplies, to garden tools and have been quite satisfied with all my purchases
