Very clean and attentive workers. They installed a self check out which I think is amazing and helps people who may be in a rush or only have a few items to purchase. Polite workers and mask mandatory, which is a huge plus for someone like me with high risk.

Good stuff at good prices. Also, the staff is just great in the mornings, the dont seem to mind helping you find things (which is more uncommon than not in today's retail), and they get to know you once you've been in there a few times. Used to carry Arnold Palmers from Arizona tea, in a can, miss those days, bring them back please. Thank you guys for being happy even when you're not!

Today is October 7th 2019. Today I went in and it will absolutely be the last time. The cashier was so rude. I have gone to every other store and never have to tell them what care I'm using to purchase my food or other items. And because of that I didn't think to say anything. The cashier was so rude because I didn't know I had to tell her. Maybe the equipment should be updated like all the other stores or get workers who aren't rude. And no since on going to manager because she is rude as well. I will not ever go to the Providence dollar general again.

DG in general is a good store i just hate the one in my town providence ky the manager and most employees act better than other people and very unprofessional. Most of them never know how to do coupons my opinion they just have a bad team starting at the top

Such a great & convenient store! Whether you need a cart full or just a loaf of bread you can't go wrong by stopping here. Good prices on good products & wonderful friendly staff 🙂

It wasnt a mess and it was stocked. Wasnt thrilled with the sign that said mask was a must yet more than half were not and its only out of the necessary sign that says it has to be a neccesity🤷‍♀️ i mean whats good for one should be best for all. js.

Employees are rude and hateful and when you threaten to report them they tell you to go ahead because they are reported all the time and nobody will ever do anything about it. Store is junky and cluttered looking. I will literally drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another one even though this one is 2 minutes from my house. Hope it burns to the ground.

The store in providence Kentucky has very rude manager and very hateful. There was a line with over 12 people and only one register was open
