I've had fur babies for over 20 yrs ,Mrs.Vicky has been taking care of my babies for around 15 yrs , couldn't ask for a better step mom for my fur babies, I've had to leave my babies as small as 7& 8 weeks old with her , an received daily text on how my baby was doing. All my fur babies get excited when they realize where ,we are headed when they need to be Kenneled!!!!

I had them board my husky while on vacation and they're awesome...they groomed him and he almost looked like a different dog (in a good way) they were absolutely the best with him and even helped us learn a few things about how well he does in outside situations around strangers and stuff...10 out of 10 recommend them

They groomed my dogs and when I got them home one of them was bleeding. I called and asked what happened and they acted like I had done something to her and said she was not bleeding when she left. She was bleeding so much, I ended up taking her to the vet. The vet said they had cut one of her nails too short and cut the quick of her nail. He said there was no way she could have cut that deep and not know. He also stated that they have a type of gel they put on them to stop the bleeding and that's probably what happened and the gel broke loose and she started bleeding again. Also when she brought them out to me only one of them was on the leash (I have 3) and one got away and was running around the yard (that's the one who was bleeding). That road is a busy road. I'm still not sure why she didn't have a lease on her when they brought her or my boy dog out. I sent them pictures and they still acted as if they did nothing. I know accidents happen, but own up to what you do and for goodness sake put a leash on my dogs before you bring them outside.
