Olivia is the absolute best! I have been going to her since 2020 when the groomers were allowed to open back up. My doodle was an absolute mess because, he needed grooming so badly during the shut down. She took care of him and he fell in love with her. ♥️ She is his favorite person on the planet (even more than his family!). When I got a second doodle, there was no doubt in my mind who would be grooming her. We love Olivia and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer. Especially, if you have a doodle!!

The Fairy Dog Groomer is absolutely amazing!!!! I never thought I could get my baby groomed because of her anxiety, well, the fairy dog groomer made that happen! She was so calm and sweet to my baby and I’m so happy with her grooming! She looks so beautiful and happy! Quick, professional and amazing service! Highly recommend. ❤️

I bought my dog here 3/14 and she looked fabulous when I picked her up. Normally cages all steered out and shaking when I pick her up with the last groomer. Great job. Easy scheduling. Will continue to use their services

OMG! Pet Smart cancelled my appointment 15 minutes because my dog was too “old” to be groomed. I found The Fairy Dog Groomer the same day and got an appointment for a few days later. The store was beautiful. Stephanie was AMAZING. My dog, an anxious manifested into anger dog, melted into her arms. I head the news where he fell asleep and didn’t bark once! When he came out, I nearly cried because the cut matched his personality so well and so so cute. A new loyal customer found!

Olivia is the best groomer we’ve ever had! I’ve taken my dogs to her for years. She used to groom my 2 Pyrenees and even personally drove them to my wedding after a fresh groom for our pictures and then took them back home for me. She not only is amazing at what she does but she has a heart of gold and all the animals love her. ♥️ It’s hard to find a good groomer who also cares about the animals like their own. My dogs now love coming to her new shop 💖

The Fairy Dog Groomer (Olivia) is absolutely wonderful with my dog. He has anxiety so bad that most groomers can't groom him without being drugged up. Olivia, can! She is so awesome with my baby and every other animal I have ever seen her groom.

We have followed Ms Olivia to every location since my 9 year old was a pup. She is great with all 3 of our dogs and does wonderful with our high anxiety rescue pup. She is literally the best groomer we have found and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Highly recommend NOT taking your dog to the Fairy Dog Groomer. I took my dog there for the first time today and they accidentally cut off a piece of his tongue. They then proceeded to charge me full price when I picked him up. I had to take him to the vet immediately where he received some treatment and medications. I had to return back to the groomers to ask for a refund and for them to cover the vet bill. The owner was very nasty and would only refund half of the grooming bill. I understand that mistakes happen and there is human error in everything. However, as a business, the owner should be more respectful of her customers and their animal's experience. The customer service was horrible at best. The way business was conducted was very unprofessional.

Olivia has groomed my very energetic 60ish pound lab at both 8 and 9 months old and we had a wonderful experience both times. I was nervous about how he would do but Olivia did a great job and he was calm both times. I highly recommend.

Felix is a rescue and what one would call 'of nervous disposition'. He's come such a long way and has truly blossomed since he joined our little family, but unfortunately can still be rather reactive from time to time. When we moved from Illinois to Kentucky 2 months ago, we spent a lot of time looking for the right salon. When we called Olivia we were assured that despite Felix nervous disposition and the potential danger of him maybe trying to nip the groomer out of insecurity or fear, we were assured that Felix was welcome.Turns out Abby truly is a dog whisperer!Felix was calm throughout the entire groom, with only a brief moment of nervousness when it was time for his pedicure — he's not a fan of handshakes.The groomers at this salon really do know their trade, and I'm so happy we got lucky on our first try!Can only recommend this place!
