Update… don’t buy flowers at Kroger. I bought this this morning around 11 for my sister. By time we got home at 5 this is what it looks like. The two I bought at florist are still vibrant and fresh. And they were two dollars cheaper even with baby’s breath and fern. That’s just wrong. Won’t buy from Kroger floral again. They were pretty rude as well.Gross cigarette smelling entryway inside in the morning.I am from Texas. We have Heb in Texas. Half the price of Kroger I but love getting to shop at Kroger when I come to visit relatives because it’s home. I drop my sister off at work in the morning before 7 o’clock so a lot of times this Kroger isn’t even open when I need to stop on my way home…but when it is at 7 AM it’s like walking through an ashtray first thing in the morning to get inside because the employees use that space evidently as a smoking area when the doors are locked before opening. Its gross. I noticed this at the side by the pharmacy and it’s disgusting especially to someone who is highly allergic. It’s a shock to my system. I will probably start doing my Krogering in the morning At Westport Road or 22 instead of stopping at Prospect for this reason. It might be the same by the grocery door, but I never use that door.

I love shopping for groceries here, but the pharmacy is frustrating. The drive thru is always closed and no one answers the phone. The pharmacy staff are always polite and work quickly, so I assume they are understaffed. It’s just frustrating to drive all the way to the pharmacy without knowing if the drive thru will be open when I get there. It’s unpredictable.

Impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone . They will not answer, even when the prompters tells you to stay on line. Scripts can not be filled on same day. Even my doctors are unable to call in a prescription. Lines for pickup is usually stretched 100 feet or more . Can’t pick up scripts until after 4 pm. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Just close up shop.!…..

Quick in and out though I was confused about the lights on one of the sets of open self-checkouts weren't on. They were all off on the self-checkout near the floral department and I wasn't sure if it was closing or not.

This is my favorite Kroger to go to bc it’s closeish. Although, in the past 3 weeks I have heard from 2 other people (not including myself) that they’ve had a bad experience with the employees being rude to them for some unprovoked reason. Listen, I get it. Okay? As a person who also worked & works in customer service, I can confirm, it gets exhausting, especially when some (maybe even a lot) of the customers are being Karens about everything—BUT BRO, you shouldn’t roll your eyes at people for asking you to do your job? Like…NONE of us are happy rn, Jonathan, ok? We all are going to go home after working a 9-5 job living in our own personal hells but save the attitude for the people who are being actually rude instead of someone who is just buying groceries at 7pm on a Thursday.

This Kroger is the absolute worst. The inventory and stocking is terrible, the layout doesn’t make sense and the staff are rude and apathetic. I have tried to place a pick up order once a week for the last month, and every time it is not ready when I arrive at the SCHEDULED pick up time. I have not been informed prior to arriving that it will be late or delayed, and am not told until I pull into the parking lot. Why do they allow customers to choose a pick up window if they do not have the staff or inventory to fill the order at that time? The pick up shouldn’t be offered if the store cannot manage to fill the orders.

Nice, well intentioned people, good product selection....VERY BAD PICKUP SERVICE. Last week a 10am appointment involved a one hour delay....this week by 10am there is a 2hour delay. Having an appointment doesn't mean much at this store, anddelays do not mean better accuracy. Last month I got milk and lunch meat from two other custmer's order....this month I received 6 bags from one other persons order (fortunately I caught that one before I drove off). I have returned groceries that were not mine- but now I review my order very carefully to insure accuracy. There are routine errors.When you are 2 hours behind on your pickup schedule by 10am you have a real problem. After 6 months trying to figure this out, they just can't seem to get it right.One year later, and no improvement at this store. FREQUENT last minute pickup delays of an hour or more, inaccurate fulfillment of orders, and displaying items online to buy that haven't been in stocks for months. Its time to send their Management team to Whole Foods or Walmart for some basic store training.

This afternoon I went to this Kroger to return two items that I purchased last night. I had the receipt, the items hadn't been open and there was nothing wrong with them. The man behind the counter (not the woman that returned the items for me), was being extremely rude and condescending. I didn't think to look to see what his name was, but he was tall, late 40's/early 50's. About a week or so ago, I returned items similar that were the wrong kind (with receipt), the items today were what I needed, but I needed to return them because I had a sick toddler at home and in order to pay for his prescriptions and other things that he needed, I decided to return what I had bought last night. Kindness goes a long way. It takes 0 effort to be kind. You never know what someone is going through, and the way he talked to me was uncalled for. I didn't tell him the reason why I was returning the product because it was none of his business, and I was completely caught off guard by the way he acted.

My wife had ordered a cake for my son's 1st birthday. I went to pick it up not knowing there were figurines to go with it. When I returned they informed me they didn't have them. Brenda was super nice and apologetic about the entire situation. She even looked in their toy aisle to see if they had something that would work for us. They refunded us the cost of the cake which was more than I could've asked for. Things happen and I totally understand. Great customer service.

This particular Kroger's does not do a great job of keeping stock updated they're two other Kroger'sClose by to do a much better jobKroger's is real loose you go see and people wearing face mask you can walk around with a store The mask around your mouth and not your nose and nobody will say anything.Staff is helpful but very slow

Overall a clean and well stocked store. Friendly staff. Prices are slightly higher than other Krogers and not enough employees. One cashier lane open at a busy time and over heard workers saying they had several call ins. (9 people in line behind me). I tried using the pick up groceries once (when I was quarantined from covid exposure) for some birthday cupcakes I ordered (1 item) a week prior and was told after waiting 45 minutes after my pickup time that they were still looking for items in my cart. Sorry excuse ....the cupcakes were made that morning. They also have been slow getting cleaning supplies like kaboom back on their shelves. Fruit and veggies are always fresh... not the cantaloupe. And they run out of oidios yogurt whenever it goes on sale. The sushi use to be good but lately they only make cooked sushi covered in fried onions or crab mixed with Mayo. I call that sushi for people that don’t like real sushi. About once a month they change the shelves around and I can’t find what I’m looking for. They like to hide stuff so I buy more looking for what I really want. Other than that.. I really like this Kroger.

Love this Kroger! Everyone is super nice and friendly prices are pretty good. And they have the best Floral dept. Anytime I need flowers they are beyond perfect! The employees here really go out of their way for you!

The Kroger pickup is a great idea, very convenient. But, the training needs to be done better because often the items that are "not available" can be found in the store after I pick up! And the substitutions can be ridiculous. I ordered sunflower seeds and received sugar coated sliced almonds for example. But my biggest complaint is the use of plastic bags. Even when I put a note on every item saying, "no plastic bags please," half the time my request is unheeded. We try to avoid unnecessary plastic in our family and it just drives me crazy that Kroger still bags with plastic at all.

Very happy with this location! Used to frequent holiday manor but have been disappointed by them lately, especially their clicklist staff. Today my clicklist order at Prospect was perfect, no substitutions, everything rang up correctly. It was delivered to my car by the most friendly guy, his name was Chris, he was a mgr and he made sure everything was in order on my receipt before walking away. And the way my groceries were bagged was also wonderful. I will be frequenting only this kroger from now on!

Click list team is unable to fulfill orders on time or even same day. There have been several instances when the Click List team has called me to change my order time to later that day and haven’t been able to fulfill. My last straw was after receiving a voicemail to come in the evening and the Click list contact said they are unable to fulfill the same day as promised on my voicemail. I will never return to this Kroger again. They have lost a loyal customer due to their unorganized processes and lack of respect for their customer’s schedule.

Never use Kroger delivery!!!! Two orders in two weeks and have had to cancel after they never showed in the time window. I got no communication from them either. And the customer service was terrible on top of it. I waited a whole day and they kept pushing the order. Delivery is a great idea but they have no idea how to execute this.

Kroger, in Prospect is one of my favorite.( in Jefferson Co) It has been expanded recently. The store is absolutely IMMACULATE! Super clean and orderly. The store has a 5/3 bank, which is a plus. Krogering is always a hoot. Hot lunches and friendly folks ! I always do a little shopping when here. Milk prices the best in town .!! Excellent produce selection. Kroger staff is always ready to help you and they all know where everything is located. Parking is great. There are many other services at the front desk. Great place to shop. Come in and let the fun begin!!! Also a flower shop ☺️

Terrible customer service. Management at this Kroger doesn’t care one bit about their customers. Unfortunately I live in Prospect, so this store would be particularly convenient, but because of them, I’ll do my best to avoid the whole chain!

We have shopped at this Krogers for years, since it opened, and it's our favorite grocery store! When Alex checked us out tonight, we commented how quick and efficient she was and that we remembered when she first started. She said, it's been 4 yrs, with a big smile.

I was there with my granddaughter today. We met a lady working there name Louvella. She was such a sweet lady and so helpful. She was so kind to my granddaughter. Kroger is very blessed to have her as an employee.
