They really care. They truly, truly care. We brought in a tiny black kitten that we found. The kitten fought hard for her life. She wanted so badly to be a cat. We took her everywhere to be treated and after everything, she still went downhill. She was gasping for her every breath. We're grateful for Dr. Roth's and the staff's genuine kindness. Dr. Schmidke took a great care of my puppy after the complications with a neutering surgery (done in different clinic). He was very professional and attentive to my puppy needs. My dog is healthy and we avoided surgery! Thank you, Dr. Schmidke! Easy to make an appointment when urgently needed! I have 3 dogs and we’ve been to many vets over the years, I absolutely would recommend Goshen Animal Clinic based on my experience.

I brought my cat once and she ended up with cancer and had to get her leg amputated because of their lack of professionalism. I took my cat here to get her rabies shot and was told they would send her paperwork afterwards, instead of as I left which is typical. I never received the paperwork and when I called to get it they said they didn’t have it in their system. When I went to take her to the vet again, she was forced to get the rabies shot again within a year period, which caused her to get a cancerous sarcoma in her leg and she had to get an amputation. She thankfully recovered smoothly but I’ll never take her there again nor will I recommend it to anyone that loves their pet!

Dr Hagan & staff helped us in a critical moment. I came home on a Friday almost 2 months ago, to my elderly dog shutting down. She had been having bad days but then would bounce back with a good one. We had been talking about how we didn't want to be selfish & definitely didn't want to see her suffer. We also knew she was very stoic and wouldn't want to leave us. We could see the pain in her eyes even though she tried her best to hide it. We knew it was her time. Our vet had already closed and Goshen Animal Clinic was about to close. They told us to come on in and they would stay as long as we needed. They came out when we arrived and offered to help us get her in the office. They told us to take as long as we needed with her and didn't rush us in any way. Dr Hagan explained everything to us and answered our questions very patiently. We stayed with her till the end and yes, it was hard, very emotional and tearful. We held her and comforted her during her last breaths. I hate to even mention this but the charges were very reasonable. We didn't ask when we called and didn't ask when we paid. We just wanted our dog to go peacefully. She did and we were very pleased with how Dr Hagan and her staff handled this difficult situation. I will definitely recommend them and will be back to see them with our other pets. I called to ask a question and spoke to Erika and I told what my puppy weigh and how old if I could give her a flea treatment and she was so sweet and polite and told me to get a hold of her vet that she was seeing to make sure I bought her weighed her age if we could give her a treatment I just want to say that thank you for the advice. Thank you for the planus a lot of people don’t do that anymore and that’s where you need to take your puppies. Are your cats or your birds or whatever animal you have to somewhere where someone is respectful and sweet in that actually care about your your animal, your pet your babies and I just want to say thank you again for Erica for being so sweet and helping me because my my doctor was closed and I will make sure I call my doctor for my puppy and to get more information tomorrow but Erica thank you again for your politeness.

My dog was injured during boarding. She was limping when I picked her up. Clearly there was an accident but no one told me or knew what happened. My dog was kept in a cage not in a run that was promised. The office manager Ali was unprofessional and rude! It was an overall terrible experience. Don’t board your dog here.

Thank you all so much! Our cat had urinary blockage we had visited a few different clinics and had called almost every clinic in louisville no one was able to help us and pretty much told us we were out of luck. From the moment I called this place they wanted to help if it wasn't for you all our cat would no longer be with us and we can not thank them enough! I will never go to another veterinary clinic again these people truly care and will do whatever they can to help. Again I can not give them enough praise, if you need a veterinary clinic they are it.

Wonderful experience. Dr Roth has always been up front and willing to go the extra mile. We were facing possible loss of our fury babies eye. We drove an hour and half to see her. Well worth the drive twice she was able to help in saving his eye. We are very grateful for Dr Roths knowledge.

Such a nice group of people. I trust my pets are in good care. They go above an beyond here. The Vet even gave me her personal list of favorite cat foods she feeds her own kitties. Lots of doggos here too! Worth the drive to Goshen.

I thought I left a review a few years ago, but it seems to be gone. I boarded my 14 year old dog for a week here when we went on vacation. When I picked him up he had feces hard and caked into the webbing of his feet. I was never able to get him to eat again after that visit. He died within the week. I will never forgive this place for how they treated my sweet dog at the end of his life.

Followed my previous veterinarian all the way from Valley Station. Love Dr. Roth who as always is kind and compassionate. She has cared for my dogs for years. From the time my 18 year old dog and I walked in the front door, we were treated wonderfully! From the front desk to the techs, couldnt ask for a better experience. Had an appointment for 2 and there was no wait!

Left after spending around $250 with absolutely no knowledge of what was going on with my cat. She wasn't eating and was lethargic. Lots of test ran and medication suggestions and guesses. Turns out she was just sad because my daughter, her owner, had been away at college too long. The staff was nice, but I definitely wasted my time and money.

We don't normally use Goshen Animal Clinic, but our puppy had an after hours accident and they were able to get us in with their extended evening hours. Dr. Brenna Roth gave excellent care with X-rays and splint. All of our options were explained clearly and costs were quoted up front. Dr. Roth called the next morning to check on our little baby and he's on the mend thanks to her excellent care!

Incredible people here! They took care of my pup in such a rapidly graceful manner; hence taking care of me. This place holds true from there actions of thoughtfulness for your, that's possible trait they were are born with. Taking care of your pet can only be something that must run through their veins!

Our dog Maggie was hit by a UPS van and we thought she was going to lose her leg. She had been to Blue Pearl ER for the trauma and was told she will more than likely need an amputation unless we wanted to spend lots of time and money with skin grafts and no guarantees. We look for a vet to perform the amputation that would be less expensive than the ER. After calling around 15 vets we landed on Goshen Animal Clinic from their reviews and their empathetic understanding of the situation. Dr Juston Schmidtke and his assistant Lyndsey were very kind and calming to Maggie and even better they said we should move forward with trying to save her leg since she was now putting some weight on it and the skin was trying to heal itself. She is on a long road to recovery but we couldn't be more happy that we are not looking at amputation. Our kids were so relieved they will have their dog back to spoil rotten. We can't say enough nice things about the staff and how they treated Maggie and us explaining the process for her healing. Thank you very much for helping to get our Maggie back to herself again we sincerely appreciate it. I think we have found our new vet!
