Literally had to come two days in a row for a simple oil change. The management back here or the amount of workers is a joke., there’s no reason appointments should overlap, nor should it take over 2 hours to get a car back when you only had one person infront of me. There’s been a lobby full of unhappy customers because they don’t know how to communicate honestly. At least anywhere else will tell you upfront what to expect. Or they’d know what they have in stock. They’ve made people wait to get their car back and then realized they didn’t have the right filters. This is honestly sad.

I buy fabric by the yard from my local Walmart, as it is the closest place for me to get it. They continue to reorder the exact same fabrics every single time. I wish they would change up the selection every once in a while. There is very little to choose from as it is.

Don't like self check out, but used it this time since I only had about 5 items. You don't give a discount for using self check and I think you should. I'm doing work that others have done my whole life. If I wanted that job I could have applied years ago. Now I am 76 and still don't want this job. I think you will eventually find out that a lot of people will go else where for your goods.

7 pm on a Monday night (January 1).Store employees outnumber shoppers.Halfway thru self checkout, i get accused of not ringing up something i already bagged.To their surprise, the item was rung up.No apology. Just smug attitude.Walmart needs to bring back full service checkouts.Being accused of stealing really sucks.Otherwise it was a good Walmart experience. Store was very clean and well stocked

It was fine, however, i still will not use those self check out registers. You pay folks to do that, you do not pay us and when customers are lined up waiting, put somebody to work and open some up. That is only problem i see. The store seems to be stocked better. 3/172024 Also you need to stock your store with products! Not everyone will order online, especially these days, it's just not safe! I need a phone case but i will go elsewhere to get it. Your options are very limited!

0 stars if I could.. recently moved out of state but I had dropped off a disposable camera to be developed. Kept my receipts & took them 2 months before they would even look to see why I haven’t gotten anything back. And they lost it! No record of it anywhere. I’m so disappointed. My father that has passed was possibly on those pictures and I can’t get that back.

1/4 star. Ordered and paid for 2 tires. Received a message that the delivery was delayed and installation was canceled, call Walmart to see if they could tell me when the tires would arrive and they told me both tires were at the store. I went to the store and they could not find them. We talked to several employees and the manager who were not helpful and did not seem to care at all. After several days of still second tire in sight I decided to start a refund online so in a week I should have my return money to my checking account and can buy the second time that I need for my vehicle. By the way Walmart, thank for not making me present the tire I never received for my refund... One of the girls on sight asked me of I had the second tire ?!?!!

I had been very sick and my daughter wanted me to go in she just like my mom can stay in a area for a hour lol so I let my pride go and road one of those things they have for you to ride it was ok they have plenty to ride I like that I can get everything at once

I had an order to pick up at curbside, which is awesome! I have bone issues so needless to say, the store is bigger than my bones will let me go.I got there and was trying to sign in via the App, but something was wrong! My pickup time was quickly ticking down and I was about to get into semi-panic mode! LOL Okay, I was losing my patience! Just about the time I found that I didn't have a number for Walmart in Princeton in my contact list, I sat back to take a deep breath, which is not an easy job for me anymore, and I saw it! A sign on the delivery slot sign, FOR DELIVERIES CALL THIS NUMBER 270-963****.... I said out loud, Woo-Hooo! Called that number and explained, and the sweet voice on the other end said, I'll be right out! Praise the Lord! LOL She did, I wa thankful and away we went! To the B&H Butcher Block!Walmart came through for my needs with a smile once again! Thanks Walmart!💖

I like this Walmart better than Southside cause they have more stuff and seems like more things go on sale here than Southside or maybe they have more inventory cause it's bigger and they are a bit more organized!!

It's bad enough that you have to check yourself out or wait in a long line. But when you have a miserable employee named Scott (very fat guy) being rude to customers, while we try and do a Walmart cashiers job. I did not see the terminal I went to was closed. He yelled at me across the self check out area. When I went to another stand, he told me to read the "damn" sign. What??? How unprofessional, but that is the day and age we are in. I will just take my money elsewhere. Also, watch the prices on the shelves. Several times in the past I've been overcharged from what the shelf said. Then you have to wait to get a price adjustment.

Well my only bad experience has been with the pharmacy and certain people in there because my driver's license was expired 3 months I couldn't pick up a prescription and the lady that was tending to me I didn't get her name African-American lady very rude very rude looked at me like I was from another planet because my damn driver's license was I understand they have policies they have to go by but she was just very rude

I went to this Walmart location on Sunday, April 23, 2023. When you walk in, you will think the store is brand new. Everything is much cleaner and more modern looking than most Walmart stores. I checked Google maps & saw that it has been there for at least 10 years already. Keep up the good work.

Just about everything you need is at Walmart you can get discount baked goods late night early morning. Clearance items even freebies with gift cards just for scanning items. I came in looking for yarn and a new crochet hook, found where they are both located but I don't see a particular yarn I buy frequently; I couldn't even find an employee to ask about the item. I did buy what I could find but was more than disappointed with their staff and their availability to customers.

It was actually a fairly pleasant experience to visit Walmart this morning. It used to be pandemonium to go shopping there, but now that they have employees doing some of the shopping, it's far less crowded. I still miss the all night shopping and wish they'd bring it back. However, I was able to get in and out again with very little hassle

The last several times I’ve been in this Walmart, I’ve been accused of stealing at the self check outs. If Walmart doesn’t trust their customers to do their employees’ jobs, maybe they should put their employees back on all those registers they have. This was my last draw. I have to come do the employee’s jobs while the employees stand back and accuse me of stealing? Nope, that’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. And for the employees that say “it’s not me, it’s Walmart”, you’re advocating for calling your fellow Americans thieves every time you do that. You’re also advocating for Walmart doing away with your jobs. Not a very smart thing to do!! I will never step back in that store, there is absolutely NOTHING I NEED from Walmart. I may enjoy the prices, but I will definitely not stand for being called a thief every time I try to shop there. Walmart is trash, and hopefully they get taken out like the commie trash they are!!

This store is one of the most childish stores and full of more drama than a high school. The managers are absolutely ridiculous.... these so called coaches or management are an absolute joke. Corporate really needs to get a grip on bullying in this store. Apparently they feel they cam say and do what they want.... they can say what they want to people and it's okay bc they think you should hush. This is definitely not the only wamart. Ill definitely drive the extra mile to avoid bullying and drama. How this woman is in management and speak to people and expects them to not respond is beyond me. Do better store manager. I'm not calling out names in here but even this store manager allows more to go on. Shes never even there.
