Well when this store first opened I really liked it. But the last few times I have been in there, well a man was talking to my husband about what he thought the best chicks would be and the employee was yelling "Sir! Sir ! I'm busy so what do you want!" She should have waited for them to stop talking or at least excused herself if she had to briefly. no need to yell. I don't care how understaffed they are.And today another lady got hateful with us when we were buying chicks.There is a man named Tommy, he is an excellent employee very helpful and polite but the rest of them need a major course in customer service! I've been in retail 20 + yrs and have dealt with a lot of people nice and rude. But I find that being civil and having a little class goes along way! I try to be polite because I know how it feels to deal with people..But I probably won't go back because the next employee that gets an attitude is going to get attitude right back! I will go to Faulders or Rural king.

The young lady at the cash register was absolutely the best . She had the male employee watch the cash register while she went to the truck and helped load a big generator by hand . Great employee TSC . Best hope she stays around.

The staff could care less . They spend more time on their phones , than to help you. Seems like what ever you are looking for never have it. Also there name states TRACTOR SUPPLY, but when you go in after a part, guess what they never have it. Change your name to trinkets and things instead.

They have one heck of a deal on dog food. If you buy a bunch of dog food as we do, then, you need to give them a look. I buy 50 pound bags at less than 24 dollars a bag. It is Retreiver brand and the dogs are healthy and are all a good weight. A couple maybe a bit heavy. We have been buying Dimond Puppy brand for the puppies while it's on manager's special or we buy Retreiver brand. Tractor Suppy also has many things you need for the yard or farm and oh yes dog supplies.
