Caitlin took such good care of our Daphne! She came home happy, freshly bathed and with a cute bandana too. They have spacious kennels (even for a Great Dane!) and a large fenced yard where your dogs can run outside and play. Caitlin truly treated our baby like her own and we are so grateful. If you are looking for a place to board your pets, they will be in great hands at Critter Care!

My first time owning any breed of dog that requires regular trips to the groomer and I'm so happy with my experience. The customer service is amazing and my puppy seemed to really enjoy himself and to have had a good experience when I picked him up and he looks amazing. If you showed up unannounced then it is possible that the staff was running an errand or out to lunch. Facebook messenger is always available and there is also a phone line to leave a message if no one answers.
