I used to frequent this shop because of it being a gay safe space and stuff so cool but the fact that they fired my friend after he worked there diligently throughout the holidays just because he DARED to ask for a raise shows how underneath the liberal veneer this is just another anti worker vape shack selling poison to our community while taking harsh anti worker stances. Maybe this is a little petty or personal but I don't care. Avoid this place.

Staff are SUPER friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and just all around great people. The product selection is vast, they have any flavor you could ever want, any kind of mod, tank, atomizer, anything. The glass selection is also unmatched anywhere else in the area. I stopped online shopping after I discovered this shop, and I won't go anywhere else anymore. The prices are unbeatable. 11/10 for sure.

The customers were friendly, the workers were beyond friendly and even gave me advice. Everyone was so down to earth and human. Normally in stores workers are focused on selling items, but the staff at Kickin Ash in Prestonsburg were just happy to have you there. They made jokes, great conversations, expressed their opinions on their own products (good and bad). I absolutely will go here to stock up on supplies again.

When I lived in Portland, Oregon there was a Starbucks not far from my apartment that quickly that became my favorite. Because, when I walked in that door by the time I got to the cashier my drink was ready. In a very short time they already they had taken the time to remember me and how I wanted my coffee. I will never forget the excellence of that service.This is the exact same service a patron of Kickin Ash receives. from the moment you start going there. Deborah, the manager, not only remembers what juice you want, the strength she also remembers what device you have, the coils you prefer (if you use coils) and even your device settings most of the time.If you have questions for her or the staff they always have the answers. Always.With Chapter (the mascot and resident King of Kickin Ash) Kristie, who is the owner, greets you with the warmth of an old friend. She is happy chat with you, never failing to ask how you are or how your day is going. She has this lad back energy unless you however bring up a topic she she is passionate about. Then she transforms into fire and her remarkable wealth of knowledge comes flowing out of her. She really would be a great lecturer of a motivational speaker.Go there, meet the staff lounge around ion the leather couches, relax, read or converse with staff or other patrons. It is a home away from home.

Place is awesome. People here are friendly and very helpful. I came here with no gaping experience at all and with that they didn't take advantage of my ignorance or even try to squeeze a few more bucks from me like many other places would've. Very wide selection of cheap and expensive vapes. Huge 200+ selection of various juices along with varying nicotine levels. They also a low you to try any and all before you buy with sanitary disposable personal silicone tips. They also have Wi-Fi and a vape lounge that makes you feel at home and comfy. Parking is a little wonky at first but just remember to park out back or be prepared to walk a little.
