I've never gotten tired of Big lots!!.They have always had reasonable prices on pretty much everything!It had been way too long of time since I'd been there, but I do enjoy going, and want to go more often!!

If I could I would give them a 0 order a mattress online even call them they told me they had it went through with the order and an hour later check my order they canceled it and now I'm out of pocket 198 dollars and a mattress for another 20 business day.

They don't have very big selection on anyting and a lot of things are overpriced but we're not whole lot around this town so I guess you deserve at least two stars for existing

Very nice staff..manager's are friendly & welcoming..great deals & they have everything..I bought my dog a turle neck sweater there & it's perfect for Thanksgiving

This Big Lots has no help at couldn't get waited on in the furniture. asked an elderly lady that worked there and she was not friendly at all which I wouldn't be either working by my self. She did page someone to furniture but they never came. The furniture is all crammed together to where you can't really get a good look at it. So we left and went back to Hazard store which is the greatest store ever.

There prices are reasonable which is the only reason I am giving it a 2 and the store is clean customer service depends upon who is working the register 1/2 the employees I have met are great the other 1/2 shouldn't be working in retail and I say this from a customer perspective as well as a professional

Returned a item I purchased with receipt and the manager denied my return because the tag said main stays a Walmart brand. When I got to car I looked a little bit closer to find someone sewed the big lots tag on the cushion... pretty much I got stuck paying 40 dollars at big lots for a 12 dollar Walmart patio chair cushion.

Store was really clean, and all workers were maintaining COVED guidelines with masks, gloves, and social distancing. Glad to see that in these times.

We went here to buy furniture today & the gentlemen that took care of us Josh was very nice & did a great job! Went to Pikeville Big Lots yesterday & customer service was awful!
