I'm so tired of going to Rural King at night on days Daniel is the supervisor. He is always hiding or acting like a teenager and knows absolutely nothing about the store. The only time it's worth going is when Matt is working he is by far the best manager there hands down and has been for years.

Honestly I wouldn't was time or money at this place. If you look around the store to long for help. They get on the Intercom And have security cameras follow you around the store. Like a criminal but when you finally find someone to ask they walk away. Tsc or ace hardware or to Rual king in another town. But not this one. Especially if Handicap or need help.

Very well stocked. The store is very clean and organized. Prices for fishing supplies are higher than other stores. No negatives. Ammo is normally in stock.

I've been going here for years, I love their food section because they have lots of unique items I can't get anywhere else. My husband loves it for there hunting selections. They also have a great variety of cute t-shirts for cheap. I was able to get the new style of ladies wrangler jeans usually $50 for $15 on this trip. And they were putting out Christmas items as well, which had really cute unique items. I'm never disappointed when I come here and I always leave with a great deal.

I bought a kennel that had been returned to the store prior to my buying it. It was warped and couldn’t be used. I was told to bring it back and I would get a refund. Charlie the store manager wasn’t there, so a very nice young man, Jon was so nice I decided to buy extra pet supplies that was more than the returned kennel. Thank you for such nice management! I am a very satisfied customer now! Thanks Jon

Great deal on boots, but my goodness I don't think the employees there could be any more rude. The lady that waited on me acted like I was interrupting her. Still giving 5 stars because I know they can and will do better !

Staff is very friendly. Anything I've every had an issue with like, like one time I bought a bag of pellet feed got home opened it up only to realize it had gotten wet somewhere along the line an wasn't any good. Which is to be expected every now and again called them up let them know and it was immediately taken care of.

Honestly I love my home town store . Always friendly . Went in got us some boots like we planned . Only one problem while we was in shoe dept over the intercom I heard them say check cameras in shoe dept. No one was over there but us. Next thing I know the same guy who use to patrol uncle lee's when I worked there walked by I just laughed .. listen Me and my hubby just got home from being over the road for 3 weeks we did look ruff but I will just let it be . Just to funny not to share especially since I was a gun sales clerk lol for 4 years ...lol just know there watching thieves ...

Just need to update some of those boys on their manners!!! The one that wears the black shirt he wasn't rude he was just like HUH I DON'T KNOW!!! You don't answer a customer like that... But most of the people were very nice in there and very helpful!!! Just have them to say excuse me sir ma'am I didn't understand you can you repeat that or I'm sorry sir ma'am I'll find out for you instead of I don't know... I realize it's hard to understand with mask on but that's what they need to say... He did help but it was just like we shouldn't bother him... I love shopping 😍🛍️ at rural King you can't beat their clothes and the prices on their sale add that they had going on!!!

I went in there today just to walk to look around to keep my step day kind of busy for the day and I seen this cup that was red and got to the service list to check out and it was a young lady there stated that they had other colors and I said well I really would like to have a purple one and she said I think we have one in the back she was so nice to walk me back there to get the cup and show me different ones her customer service was beyond my expectations we talked about our children and my son going off to college and this cup was for him because his college colors are purple I like to do a lot of active kindness with no strings attached not asking anyone else to do this she said can I buy this cup for your son for a college gift Candice is a excellent employee

I was in the clothing department looking at hats, and I guess I stood there longer than they were comfortable with. I can be picky about hats so I was figuring out which one I wanted to buy. Then some chick made an announcement for someone to use the security cameras to scan the clothing department 😑. I was the only person in the clothing department. Pretty insulting. Maybe if they organized and cleaned up their store a little more, then people wouldn’t steal their stuff as easily. Instead, they’re lazy and paranoid about thieves and think everyone is a thief. Fix your store.

1/13/2023. I had a 10 am delivery but they took me in 3 hrs before and got unloaded in less than an hour,everyone here is friendly and the forklift operator is an awesome guy

I stopped in Rural King for a sale item ( walnuts $6.99 @ a lb.) Then I notice so many sales. In less than 45 minutes I got 5 Christmas gifts for grandkids, picked up my laundry soap, candles , matches and misc. They've got such a variety at great prices. A wonderful young man Josh helped me find some items. Love that place

This place is great! They have tons of options from food to guns. They always have popcorn that smells amazing. Their prices are very fair and they have awesome selections. A bug outdoor section aswell as some home goods too

Best place for all your farm needs like feed and tools to fencing. This place has everything you need also from water lines to electric. Also their staff is nice and helpful and their free pop corn and coffee is nice to.

We love going here. Especially our toddlers. Seeing the rooster and then Seeing baby chicks was the highlight of their day. Cant forget about the popcorn when you first come in....mmmmm good stuff. Love their clothes for all sizes and boots prices.
