Too many times I’ll go in during peak rush times and they will have either one lane open or two without having an express lane open. Impossible to get in and out when you just need one or two items.

Multiple bad experiences with the "customer service" desk. Closes whenever they want. Every "employee" hanging in the front end on cell phones. They refuse to honor the price tags. It's pretty much a teen hangout. Walmart in central city was very helpful!

There is nothing like the ability to observe a severe lack of efficiency and motion. I imagine for those who have never wanted away from the little towns of Greenville, Powderly, or central city, that this place is a godsend, Unfortunately this is far from the truth. This little story never seems to have anything. It has always been this way. The economy has not really affected their inability to acquire product. It has also not really affected their ability to not keep adequate staff on hand.The staff while charming is useless at best.If I could detract from the rating that I've already given I would have. The only thing I can say about this place is that the people are friendly Anything else is not worth saying, Just as the store is not worth shopping in

It was a little crowded but what can you expect when they are calling for snow, that's the place everyone goes!! Even though it looked like it would be over crowded by looking at the parking lot, it really wasn't that bad!! The check out lines were a little long but all the ladies at the registers were ALL working as fast as they possibly could to be able to get people out of there!! Always a clean store and very friendly employees as well!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kroger is an amazing place for all your needs! Especially i LOVE their "FRUITY PEBBLES CRISP'S" & so far their the only store that i've been able too find them in the big bags because they also have the boxes of 6 mini individual bag's there too!I just absolutely LOVE KROGER.....

Normally a great store, but 6 am till midnight is a joke!!! I was just there at 7:10 am and the doors were locked!!!! Looks like I'll be taking all of my families shopping elsewhere from now on. Extremely disappointed. Could not get anything i needed to and its there is nothing like having to cut my sleep schedule short, seeing as i work graveyard shift. And the fact that the darn sign says 6am till 12 am. I mean really is it that darn hard for yall to keep your word and do your jobs!!!!!

Great selection located in Powderly, KY. Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed. The photos used are stock photos. This Kroger looks nothing like it's pictured it's actually quite a bit smaller then you'd think.

It's a nice alternative to wal mart if your just shopping for groceries and basic household products, and it can be a little bit higher prices then Walmart, but if you take advantage of their online coupons that you load on your Kroger card you could end up spending less then wal Mart.

Kroger has the friendliest employees ever . Each and everyone will help you find what you need no matter how busy they are. The sales help keep me on budget , and the fuel points built up every month make a big difference on how much I drive. I love the friendly envirement rather than the " big " name stores.

Very crowded today i guess because of the snow that is predicted. Not near enough check out clerks. You could tell the cashier that waited on me didnt want to be there and she voiced it to the girl that was sacking. Making faces and talking about how much she didnt want to be there.
